I think confidence is highly related to acceptance. When someone can't accept themselves, think they are lacking and don't know how to do or can't do anything to change it, they become unsatisfied with themselves and then hate themselves in the end.

I would say it also applies to all aspects of life whether a person is trying to achieve certain business goals or fitness goals..... If the person enjoys the process of working hard on these endeavors they will definitely achieve more higher goals than they intended to. I hope it helps anyone lacking confidence:
My best friend is a person who lacks confidence in a way, that sometimes you would assume he has little to no confidence. Though he had no problem with dating people, it would never go into the kind of relationship he desperately desired.
But he has so much great qualities as a person, that he managed to find a partner who accepted him for who he is. They're now planning to move in together and this is without to say, that he still hasn't got more confidence in himself.
So, if you lack any thing from these good traits, don't panic, you have several other attributes and values that make you a great person! Though it might not be obvious to everyone, for this one special person, it will be 😊
This is what you guys need to have before you attract anyone!
1. You gotta have character. You gotta be somebody where they see you comfortable and normal like everyone else. If you don't have that, then you're done!
You see, I have confidence and boldness, but what's the point if I can't show it to anyone so it's useless at this point unless I use it for myself, happiness, and pleasure.

My crush is someoneo I rarely talk to but has changed my life without him even knowing. Although I can also agree to the statement of "ways your brains betray you when you are inlove" but I have become more self aware to my persona. Normally I am a very shy person but around him I tend to be both shy and extroverted. In addition, he makes me feel 100% more happier just by seeing or thinking about him. Also, he has made me realize I deserve to be treated way better than what toxic people in my life have treated me. He, without knowing me, has proven to me so much and I only wish to repay him as well as be his one or aleast try. Any tips? His initials are A.D.

I think confidence is at the top of everything. As she said, peaple make an idea of who you are the first time you meet, and they don't have time to really know if you have good qualities. They have to believe in your image of yourself.
I have had low self-confidence since I was young. And that has made dating difficult for me. Even though I had good grades, I was kind, good economic position and I even was good looking. But I couldn't get to peaple. They didn't find me attractive. I tried to talk but it didn't last.
When I finally found a girlfriend. Even though she started being very kind and complacent to me, she got used to me doing extra effort for her. I acted like she deserved everything just for being with me, but never asked her to do something for me.
She got used to it, and started to get angry when I didn't do something for her.
She deserved everything. I didn't deserve anything. So our relationship was over soon.
I'm changing that way of thinking and I know I have changed a lot. I have read books about self-esteem and done all kind of exercises. It is difficult, but we all need to believe in ourselves and love us the way we are. Before loving anyone else
