I liked the original version so so much that I’m scared to watch the new version. In France a sit in cinema costs 11€. 11€ I don’t want to spend to see a shitty remake!
@@MouthsofMadness I’m pretty sure the trailer for City of Angels is on the Halloween 6 vhs, maybe that has something to do with our love for that movie haha. I think it’s quite underrated
Honestly i can watch the crow n city of angels any day anytime, i love them both. They both have one liners that are cool n didn't try n copy etc just used the concept n did it well. Thankyou.
I am glad im not the only one cracking up at the “ I DOOOOO” , cookie monster 😂😂😂😂 I cant. When he was wearing the purple fur coat he looked like sully from monsters inc and after that i could just not see it serious
The original was shot just different. It still had action and a story to it but the way it was shot. It was completely different. I haven’t seen the movie but by the trailer it seems like it’s just shot like another action film. Plus the original film didn’t need an explanation of why the crow had powers. I think it does fine without the explanation, it leaves you with that mystery. I will still go see the movie, but it just seems generic.
@@StuttaStuck I can’t recommend seeing it in theaters but maybe wait for streaming. The original is truly a unique movie but you’re right this was just paint by numbers action flick. It’s a head scratcher haha
Hard-core Crow fan here: I haven't seen any of the sequels and I'm definitely not going to see the awful new Crow movie, Brandon Lee died making The Crow and it be left alone. Trying to remake The Crow was unnecessary and disrespectful.
I've been told that if you didn't see the original, then this movie wasn't that bad. But if you saw the original, then this is the worst thing you've ever seen. I can relate to that. That was me with Ghost in the Shell.
Sequels are rip offs. After the original script of the story is sold, The new franchise can love it, leave it, or hate it. The Crow Will Never Be Ready For a Second Sequel.
What did you think of the Crow? If you actually enjoyed it tell us why!

Don’t bother seriously it’s not worth your time it’s that bad
I didn't even bother with this one... Interested to hear what you guys have to say about it.
@@Bobb-ir6gz Appreciate you tuning in despite doing the right thing and saving your money haha
Haha for sure@@thespookhousepodcast
the poster reminds me of “the crows have eyes” from shitts creek

Vincent Perez didn’t play Eric Draven. It was a completely different character, Ashe Corven. Just an FYI.

The budget for this new crow was $50 million.
@@deannamarie8389 Yikes 😬 😆
More than the original one, which was 23 million
