Bought one years ago for my 1980 and only problem I had was the plastic backing they used. Original GM dashes had a hard fiber backing material that took screws very well. Unlike the GM part this dash plastic backing especially where the glove box mounts too is really too soft to hold a screw. Maybe they made improvements and this is not a issue.
