Live in Monroe Michigan can't wait to rip some lips. I fish the River Raisin and it's loaded with 2-4 pound Smallmouth with an occasional 5. Perfect for small river to big water applications 🎣☘️🍻
After watching, and asking about shipping to Canada on smallmouth crush last night, I couldn’t find this bait anywhere on line or in stores. Looked for it here in Ontario Canada 3-12-24. so I bought my first pack of “Great Lakes finesse” baits ever: the 2.5 inch matte black craw to go behind a small tungsten jig, hopefully the smaller tackle stores north of T.O will get them sooner than later! Great looking bait though.
We have boat loads of these header to Canadian retailers right now. You won't have a problem finding these in Canada in the next we or so. A month from now I can't guarantee they won't be sold out though :)
@@greatlakesfinesse Stores are sold out in hours; probably be too many out there now to make a difference in tournament fishing now. I’ll have to tweak a couple baits and adapt to the pressure. Cheers. Thanks for trying to help. I wanted to try both baits in the brown/pumpkin colours, but oh well. I’ll have to order from Ali!😀
These are not TPE elaztech material you're asking about, so these can be dipped in dye, scented, and stored with other soft plastics with no issues at all!
every time a awesome looking bait comes out its either too big or too small, i want 3.5 inch and i buy a thousand of them, a 3.5 eliminates alot smaller fish but is big enough for big LM and SM bass to hit it
I think the point is that big smallmouth (and largemouth) have seen and been caught on mostly 3.5” baits while growing to trophy size. You downsize your bait to upsize your bite because it’s something new to a wary old fish.
Awesome bait, one cast and I was hooked on a 3lb smallie

Caught a 3 lb small mouth off of Chicago on lake Michigan on my boat yesterday tough fishing but it caught 🐟 fish 👍🎣
What lb test do you guys recommend?
Are these baits made from an elastomer material (asking for storage reasons)?
Thanks!

I do agree, the last thing you want is after landing a big girl realizing you have a ripped plastic
