This is the best lesson I ever received about forgiveness. I'm crying. I feel myself healing. Thank you Matt. I wasn't the one who was rejected and abused, it was Divinity showing me other's fear of love.
This is the best advice on forgiveness (not forgiving) I have ever heard in my life. You always hear throughout your life - "learn to forgive" or "healing starts with forgiveness" -- and I've searched for years trying to figure out HOW to forgive -- the thing is I AM over it -- I see it from many perspectives -- All I needed was this confirmation -- now I can stop trying to figure out HOW and just let it be. All is WELL!

My 7 year-old is very open-hearted like this, and I am frozen in terror at the playground when people shut down and either pick on her for being so friendly and innocent, or they just completely ignore her. It truly breaks my heart more than anything else. My son went through it too, he's 10 now and he is not open like he was.. even though we have discussed in depth..that people act to show how they've been treated. It must be a natural thing for all humans, right? It is agonizing for me because I can't protect them from what life does.

Gwreck562 I'm just curious to know why listening to this guy is the only thing that could help you change your mindset. Is the wellbeing of your mindset dependant on TH-cam videos and the Matt Kuhns of this world....meditation will give you a way into true inner peace that is not dependant on others. Please don't take my comment harshly at all as it's not meant to be. I just feel so frustrated for people when I see them needing others to find peace. You have all the answers within. Just meditate.
