    Getting better and better, day 2 was 1:35.4 and for day 3 I averaged 1;34.4
    Still having something left in the tank, after the 2 minute cool down I did a 500m test and beat my season's best by 5.7 seconds which I only set 4 weeks ago.😮
    Definitely starting to get more comfortable with a high stroke rate after too many slow long rows.
