Steve, I gotta say, about a year and a half ago I was introduced to the big man on campus, that you did, now I am following the swoldier nation videos, all I can say is thank you so much, you have helped me make so many gains and you help motivate me to stay healthy... because of you i reached my goal of 225 on the bench.
