When I was a sophomore in high school I worked in the library with a very considerate upper classman who taught me how to blend my powder foundation so that I wouldn't have the mask line. I had been wearing it like that for a while, and none of my friends had said anything, but after working with this girl for a couple of days, she kindly set me straight. I have never left the house like that since. I am still grateful!
Any time my mascara smudges onto my top lids (which is happening alot at work. Sweaty) and I go into the mirror I feel immediate rage none of my coworkers told me about it. LIKE GUYS YOU JUST LETTING ME WALK AROUND LIKE THIS 😢

Brands really should be taken to task for recommending people use acids daily. It's unforgivably irresponsible. I'm very sorry for anyone who's had to learn this lesson the hard way. 😞
This is why I check ingredient lists before I use something daily anymore. If I exfoliate too much, I break out so bad. I have to double and triple check lists. A lot of products hide acids in them. I almost bought a moisturizer yesterday but I stopped myself when I checked the ingredients. It has lactic acid in it. I can’t use lactic acid daily!
Honestly! I read online that the red Stridex pads are great for controlling odour under your arms. I struggle with that because I have a lot of hormonal issues. So I started using it every day (and, by the way, it does work. I don’t smell anymore!) and within a few days my underarms were red and raw. It felt like sunburn. I’m lucky in that I didn’t use it on my face, but I can only imagine how people people have burnt their face simply by following directions.

I used to work for Bare Minerals, and had just moved from Scotland back to London and had an interview in the London office to work on a counter here. I decided on the day to try the new mascara we had just launched and it smudged EVERYWHERE. Completely ruined my whole face of make-up and almost made me late 🤣

I usually get betrayed by foundation colours. I'm pale AF, and I have a cool undertone. It's difficult for me to find an affordable foundation that doesn't look orange because apparently, everyone decided to make only neutral shades or something. Another thing is scents in makeup. I don't like them at all, to begin with. It's even worse when the smell is not thought through. Like, a few years ago, all* the lipsticks were scented with blackcurrant. Blackcurrant is a lovely berry, but it smells like cat piss! *not literally
IDK why the majority of pale foundations are neutral toned at best. It's horrible. And it forces pale cool toned ppl who wear these neutral or warm shades to wear N/W shades elsewhere to match, when it doesn't actually suit them at all.

Hey Robert! Please look into Missguided. I don't know if their beauty stuff is related to their clothing stuff, but they have not paid workers for over 4 months worth of work. Essentially they did not pay the company that made clothing for Missguided, that Missguided ordered, and because of that, the company cannot pay their workers. These workers are living in poverty and some say they have considered unaliving because they aren't sure what to do anymore.

Finally recently discovered that going lighter with my foundation looks so much better for me. I used to cake my face anytime I did foundation, and now I never do that crap anymore. I literally wish I never tried to wear full coverage foundation before. I look way better with a natural coverage and a little help from concealer on blemishes and imperfections.

You can even mix the AHA with moisturizer to get your skin used to it. Slowly dilute it with the moisturizer and then ween out the moisturizer slowly. It does work. They should come with instructions. Some people can seriously burn the crap out of their skin!
I have also had the reaction with red eyebrows (using the urban decay microblade liquid eyebrow stuff) and never known what caused it. I was so sad that it never worked for me cause I really loved the product. Thank you for giving me the answer to this mysterium!

I have very difficult skin - greasy, yet lacks in moisture plus a touch of rosacea and very sun sensitive. 🌸 (Lovely). Yesterday I tried Frudias grape cream and I feel I might have found something, my skin looks pretty! Could you consider doing a Frudia video? Lactic acid, AHA BHA etc is an exfoliant and you can only use them USUALLY 2 to 3 time per week. They can come in cleansers, toners and serums. PHA u can usually use daily as it's gentle. But ANY exfoliant only start with once a week for a month then build up to twice a week for 2 months etc.

Oxidation is the worst. Companies should do their best to stabilize mineral pigments. But I suppose our body chemistry can betray us too.

You can even mix the AHA with moisturizer to get your skin used to it. Slowly dilute it with the moisturizer and then ween out the moisturizer slowly. It does work. They should come with instructions. Some people can seriously burn the crap out of their skin!

I have very difficult skin - greasy, yet lacks in moisture plus a touch of rosacea and very sun sensitive. 🌸 (Lovely). Yesterday I tried Frudias grape cream and I feel I might have found something, my skin looks pretty! Could you consider doing a Frudia video? Lactic acid, AHA BHA etc is an exfoliant and you can only use them USUALLY 2 to 3 time per week. They can come in cleansers, toners and serums. PHA u can usually use daily as it's gentle. But ANY exfoliant only start with once a week for a month then build up to twice a week for 2 months etc.
