Everybody's an expert, that's why they watch youtube vids.... you have your method and it obviously worked for you and probably countless others who have tried it. I personally don't care for rosemary or thyme on my beef but your method impressed me and I'm gonna try it (without the rosemary). Good method, good vid, thanx for sharing!

Hey bro, you should try salting it over night. Then Peppee and Garlic power, put some Avacoto oil in a hot pan wait till it smokes, put the steak in for 3 min one side 1 min the other side and based it with unsalted butter. It's really good too.😊

Thanks for the guidance here. I did everything you said. But it wasn’t pink unfortunately. Still cooked nice tho, just could have been a little pinker

Thanks for the feedback. Try adjusting the heat downward a tad. If all the other factors were kept to, it'll help you get the ideal medium. Heat level variance and consistency are two of the biggest problems across ranges.

Hahaha ha, my kiddo will be happy to know her mouth fart (raspberry blowing) made it into the video. I didn't catch that during editing, you're funny! thanks for noticing, I'll tell her she got one in.

    That is NOT well done.

American well done would be if you added another 90-120 seconds to the time. Technically this is well done by international measures, but I made it as a proper medium for the video.

I do rest the steaks, might not have mentioned it, but it's been ingrained in me for ages. Thanks for the heads-up, if I didn't say so in this one.
