If you press "Num0" you can open a window where you can adjust simulation settings, lower frequency when you have something big and slow moving, high frequency is needed for rast moving stuff, or lower quality, but then some stuff can start clip trough itself or gear skipping under load
Multiplayer is the top of my list for this game.
