You say this will work on iPhone AND Android but you only give the iPhone info. I went to apps in my settings but it doesn't say 'offload'. It shows force stop or uninstall. When I choose force stop it tells me doing this could cause errors. Soooo, could you please include the android info? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks
This didn't help at all. First under settings I don't have anything called general. I'm on an Android not an iPhone. And I can't find anything that says to offload Messenger for Android.
Thank you. I had issues with chat. Could not see photos sent to me. They were gray boxes. I did the steps you said and voila, it works. My iPhone was fine but the weird/craziness was on my iPad. I wonder if it was because we just had a recent update from Apple.

Same issue here. Great video if you have an iPhone. Pointless if you have an Android.
