    The best, gamda ma chula ma rakh ma sektata, ena thi pan aasan rit, aa rite bharel ringan pan bane. Best for without oil cooking. Thanks.

    Yes a very good way to make sekela sakariya, thanks. I wouldnt use this method with salt when fasting/upwas. Alyernative?
    I peel sakariya and cut or slice into small pieces and roast in ghee in a pot or cry pan on low / medium flame. Just sakarya and ghee for upwas is a perfect combination.

      Yes, indeed. This is the best way to roast shakkariya when not on fast. Your method is also very interesting. I will definitely try it.
      Though alternative left during fast is roasting in oven only. Sand of river bank instead of salt may be tried but I never made it that way so I am not sure.
