on Keke Palmer's: I think there's merit in the absolute *irony* of having a baby (which is something that can tear you apart-literally) and the Frankenstein costume-esp the baby as the dr ? that's the reason it was a B for me-but do agree that the Life Size costume was better.
The Ariana grande story with her hair is true 👍 so wild poor child with fried hair Also a little caveat, Selena and Justin were dating up until 3 months before him and Hailey were engaged. Just semantics, I agree on your sentiment about the bullying but it wasn’t a teenage fling. I thought the mean girl thing was a bit in poor taste, but I understand the fixing the google engine part. There is actually a fascinating lil story behind the Jenner sisters, hadid sisters, hailey, Selena and Dubai & New Year’s Eve & how allegedly Hailey ended up becoming Justin‘s wife I just pay too much attention to pop culture and am such a millennial.
There are two parts to Halloween: concept + execution. The fun part about costumes is the idea! What did the person choose to dress as… and then how did they execute it? Heidi Klum is a brilliant example of unique concept and bespoke execution. 10/10 Demi Lovato was a great example of generic concept and high end execution. 5/10. Paris Hilton executed her Britney Spears toxic costume perfectly, but the idea itself was overdone 7/10. Statue of Liberty: thoughtful concept with artful execution 10/10. What’s disappointing to me is that celebrities have access to top-notch make up artists and the funds to execute their idea. It’s truly baffling how lame some of them are. Typically the executions are good, but they lack the concept! Shocking. You would think that people in the creative field would have some creative bones in their body. Would have loved to see Haley Bieber go as Cady Heron in mean girls… but the Halloween scene as the witch. Since Paris Hilton does a lot of princess themed looks on the regular, would love to see her do something more in the vein of superheroes/tomb raider/something a little bit ‘dirtier’ (not necessarily scary) just not as polished. Demi Lovato could’ve pulled off a Dr. Phil or something humorous. Instead she went for something safe and boring. Totally forgettable. I agree with Nicky, love a good photoshoot and the effort behind Halloween. It’s still shocked me how little it seems certain celebrities care despite having the resources to make it amazing.
It's so jarring just how much respect I have for Kim as a mother despite how questionable that whole family is (Kim included). But it's honestly commendable how she's handled North inevitably being in the public eye and being open much scrutiny as a child. She's clearly given the situation a lot of forethought. Edit: It's just a thought I had one time, but it's crazy to see someone else shares it cause I haven't seen anyone talk about it.
I think the reason why nobody was dressed up as Ariel and Barbie is because the sag-aftra posted something about we should not be wearing recent movie characters as a protest
I don’t mind the clueless or mean girls costumes but I just wished they did different looks theres so many iconic looks in these movies but people continue to do the same ones every year that it starts to get repetitive and boring
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR WATCHING ❤ can't believe how close we are to 10k
i think charli as coraline should’ve been C because how can you dress up as coraline and ignore the iconic blue hair?
PROUD OF YOU COCO FOR HITTING A MILLION
Thank you ❤
