Like, would he be too distracted by his vision to make proper use of his radar sense and such? Would he have to close his eyes to focus on sensing the world the way that he does when he's blind?
It has happened a couple of times and he loses his radar and is so confused that he asks to have his sight removed. But these were always moments of stress where fighting was happening so it was do or die. It might be that if he was cured and had time to get used to it then he could have both sight and radar. But this has not been the case the 2-3 times it happened.

I feel like what makes a villain isn't their elaborate over-thought schemes, It's honestly their character. A true villain will always want the worst for everyone, Even if it's as simple as causing an addiction. A villain should always strive to see others suffer.
I love this evil tony. Because this villain is way too realistic. No destroying the world, no world domination (the usual way), just pure greed and personal gain. While believing he's doing a good deeds. And how he deal with people who opposing him is 100% too accurate as it's also happening in real life.
S'always interesting to see the directions that the really smart superheroes go, when they start along the darker path. Bruce became Maestro. Richard became The Maker. Tony becomes a weaponized version of the Apple TOS that everyone clicks on, and they get all Surprised Pikachu face when they actually pay attention.

Superior Iron Man is too good for the MCU to use as a one-off in Secret Wars. In my opinion, when the MCU reboots after Secret Wars, we'll either have the S.I.M. from Secret Wars become our mainline Tony, or we'll get a recast variant of him if he's played by RDJ in Secret Wars.
