I think deep down, Pete is a genuine, hard working and decent guy. Sometimes that's enough, but he's good in front of the camera and produces great content,
I've been watching all of them since the early days. Pete always stood out as a genuine fella, he's also a seriously good golfer that plays it down. He's easily one of the best YT golfers out there.
Pete is by far the best British youtuber by a country mile.. his content and dry humour are spot on for me, he deserves way more subscribers than that other fella (who deletes videos). No wonder Skysport try to blag him, His team come across as pretty cool and down to earth aswel. 👍
Pete's sense of humour, genuineness, self deprecative nature, and dedication are what makes me keep watching his channel. It's surprising how he doesn't have more followers. And I have the same to say about Matt Fryer as well.
I started to watch Peter back in the vlog days and I have kept watching since then and honestly the journey he and his team have had is inspiring. The quality of the production of the videos Pete & Co put out is up there with television programs and somehow they still keep it relatable in a way no one else does. He is great at hosting others and seem to put every guest at ease and they always seem to have a great time. I hope more people find Pete on youtube because he and his team deserves bigger numbers than they are getting.
It's lovely that we actually know who's on board with Pete. His team are likeable and are shown regularly. That is huge and big kudos to the boss for doing it like that.
Had a couple of lessons from him way back when he was doing Quest Golf with Rick. Still using tips he gave me back then. Genuinely nice bloke, down to earth, no ego at all. I often feel like he puts out better content than some of the more click baity channels (not mentioning any names) yet seems to have less subs.
A lot of TH-cam golfers are/sound pretty dense. PF is articulate and is great off the cuff. Always sounds very natural - whether this is real or good editing, I don’t know, but his content is very easy to listen to. I enjoy him putting himself under pressure and struggling with the mental aspect of the game. Always seems to be working on his game, improving the quality of the channel and doesn’t seem at all entitled or up himself. I wish him all the best 👏🏻👏🏻
I have to think I was amongst the first 10K subscribers he's had. I've watched him for so many years, and his consistency, and dry English humor, and great golf and the ability to showcase some amazing venues.. has kept me coming back. He's genuinely my #1 favorite content creator in the space. When I saw him in the PGA Creators, I was just so beyond happy. Him and Fat Perez were the only people I was glued to my screen to watch.
100% - Pete has the best team because the production quality on his videos is second to none! Pete's self-deprecating and witty presentation style also appeals to me more than some others who seem to have "grown too big for their boots".
Think he underestimates his “likeability” it’s a big factor in TH-cam, but it’s a cruel mistress and success can have a negative impact on what made you successful. Stay humble stay hungry and be real.
Pete’s comment that golf doesnt have a problem is not quite true. I have monitored the average age of our clubs membership, i have tried to drive it down. We have golf YT on the club TV, we have entry level fees, give school kids free lessons etc. Our average age in 1996 54, 2006 58 its now 61, our membership will drop off a cliff, ive checked other clubs in our county, they didn’t know the answer, but when they dug out the info, it frightened them, we all had similar age demographics. Golf courses are for sale cheaply across the UK, the space isn’t healthy.
82 vids all the percentages , but not one percent to play any of the subscribers who pay you wages i don’t get youtube golf anymore imagine the vid off making someone’s dream come true every couple of months tacking someone to a course they could never imagine playing it would be huge but none of the creators ate doing it wouldn’t even cost the vid would pay for it its just there time
Northern Rock was also too big to fail......There will come a time when people realise that trying to learn golf from TH-cam is a bad idea. I'm in full agreement with Tiger.
That is just like IBM where when it came to personal computers "nobody can touch us!" Tiger is wrong, just like IBM where, even Tigers own pre coaches is using TH-cam as a platform, it`s safe to say it is here to stay, will you find bad coaches? Yes, will you find good coaches? Yes- just like in real life on a real course!
THERES FAR TOO MANY CHANNELS NOW MOSTLY CLICKBAIT SCRATCH TALK FROM FOLKS YOU ARE OFF 19 AND WILL NEVER EVENGET TO SINGLE FIGURES, (SORRY WHS IS IN PLAY SO THEY WILL), SORRY I SPIT DA TRUTH.
Peter comes across as a genuinely good human being. Love his channel (and I think he and his crew are funny)
Good personism is destroying civilization. Stop it.
great channel but they copy everything from Rick Shields
HE IS AN EGO MANIAC AND HIS CREW ARE YES MEN.
@@AlastairBarker Lol. Is he a narc or a genuinely good human being? Oh dear.
My favourite TH-cam Golfer by far!
well said

Pete and the team put out consistently top tier content, seriously good stuff

Love Pete, my favourite TH-camr. He and his team make great content that's fun, informative and interesting to watch.

Pete is a great content creator, fun, easygoing, and makes golf great to watch.
Some good questions here, and Peter Finch comes across as a genuine guy.

Peter comes across as a likeable character & I hope he continues to do well in his pursuits
Pete is just a genuinely good chap that a lot of people can relate to 💪
no no no pete ....you are VERY charismatic and endlessly funny and a quality golfer and far more importantly an even better human being

Pete and his team are brilliant. I'd pay for that content it's just ace
He shouldnt put himself down, hes great. Top bloke, great golfer. Best British YT golfer by quite a stretch imo.
Great interview. Pete and his crew are my #1 choice golf podcast and I really love his videos too.

straight forward person who lots of folk relate to, always feels real
Pete is the best uk golf TH-camr! Love his stuff!
you see why hes successful.. humble, VERY FUNNY [despite what he might say]. self deprecating..great swing
Pete is grossly underselling himself - as he is want to do. He is the best, at least in Europe.
I like Pete. I recon he’s a decent bloke.
Nothings too big to fail
If you like this check out the Rough cut podcasts
and listen to Pete every week 👀👀👀
Ron chopper is the best.Pete grinch
Nobody says the word "Crap" more than Finchy! 😀

TH-cam too big to fail? Where have I heard that before?
Saying it’s too good to fail can lead to disaster 😂
My question is as per interviews. Where do you see yourself in ten years? Will you be too old?

Wrong analogy. Northern rock failed but banking is still around.

Sorry. Nothing is too big to fail.
Too big to fail is ignorance, content is too long , tik tok is now
