It’s so familiar and yet so foreign now. Like getting to walk through the house you grew up in one more time but as a child again. You know every inch of the house but still can’t seem to find your parents no matter how hard you search.

I always thought that the barrel that Tramp slept in was so comfy looking lol. That’s how cozy and warm the art style of Disney made me feel

I love that even animation can have old fashioned energy
I will always be a Vintage Disney fan. The new stuff just doesn’t have this untouchable magic. Maybe it’s because I grew up with it, or maybe Disney really has lost its spark, but I get the feeling that nothing they make now will instill this sense of comfort that still tugs at my heart strings to this day. Princess and the Frog was the last official Disney movie that ever truly gave me this feeling. I hope that I’m wrong.
You know, I asked myself for the longest time too whether the magic was lost, or if I just grew up.
And I have concluded, without a doubt, that it's Disney who changed more. It's undeniable these days, their movies are in creative decline, they're playing it too safe. When you try to appeal to everyone, you appeal to no one. Plus, they have clearly forgotten Walt's mantra of "I do not make films primarily for children. I make them for the child in all of us, whether we be six or sixty.”

Listening to these songs reminds me of childhood watching disney old movies despite having old art they're fascinating compared to modern art and style makes you feel the warmth, cold, windy, the sunset, the dawn.
