I have this same laser. Had it for a year. Are you using the bucket method for water or did you buy a chiller? What temp is your water? Stock lens? I’m not getting good results engraving small letters on anodized aluminum. 1/16” or smaller, not sure what I’m doing wrong. What settings would you use for that?

always been on bucket method, i use a frozen bottle for heavy work nights , but same tube and PS since delivery on this 5 years! What speed and size? i do anodized keychains with good results, no a lot of power
