You will gonna need create another account? because if you have already the char created,you will gonna need use another count or another server? or maybe will be another method for the users of WB to netease? Yes they have all kind of methods to create the account, you can create and play a character by google, facebook and later if there will be transfere, just create ordinary acc on netease homepage, just keep region menu blank or you can be blocked. And even if you do, you can ask them to change your region to japan for example and you are recovered. Other servers is not recommended, for example my ping stable only in sphinx server. Let me know if u have more questions,👍👍👍

Curiously speaking, what if you did input your character id with the same server name but the nickname comes out as a different one from the current name I have in-game?
@sushidelgrando3756 Hello! I don't think you can have two characters on the same server, It's better to create new account if you have already a well leveled character on NetEase. If you want to free up the particular server, you can delete your character progress
