Sir at 6.23 minute of this video where you are showing after rotation of phi and psi bond you have written new structure there why you have not wrriten H2N that is bonded with alpha carbon atom i think you forgot to write H2N
Sir how can we say alpha helix or beta sheet are present in 3rd quadrant or 2nd quadrant suppose if i have only value of sai and phi for unknown proteins how can i say this protein will form a alpha helica or beta structure
