At least his character can act well while reading and knows exactly what tone to take and how to say the lines right. That's not always as easy as some might think when you're reading a script for the very first time.
For some reason, I think I enjoy him reading his lines on things and succeeding, more than I enjoy him forgetting and failing, like in Peter Pan. Maybe I just want to see Cornley's crazy ideas to work, despite it all. Heck, Dennis's delivery is even getting better, like in the wine scene.
I was listening to some videos while I worked on school, which just made some parts so much better like: “A merrier Christmas than I have wished you in many a year, may I come in?” *SLAM* “...yes”

@@kbye2321Dennis played the fool in “The Lamentable” and had to perform a song, but the script caught fire, so he had to ad-lib it. There was a feast table including a goose, ham, pork, and sausage. Let’s just say the other cast members lost their appetite after Dennis’ song.
The piece when Jonathan is scratching around looking for the words and knocking things over (finishing with "sleeping on a bed of warts"). Henry as Scrooge is struggling to keep from smiling - and the audience reaction at the end. Priceless
I was in a play once as a teen where I had a line I couldn't remember so I put it in the bottom of a coffee cup prop I was to use. When I used it during the play the audience realized what I was doing and everyone laughed good naturedly.

Dennis Tyde - he would make Marlon Brando proud. He might not be able to memorize his lines, but for the most part, he can memorize where to find his lines.
Dennis should have been that stage hand, who reminds the actors there lines! I can confirm bless you backwards is oy sselb Jonathan Sayer is definitely the best actor of them all!

Okay
The fact that he knows Scrooge’s lines but not his own is hilarious considering how Scrooge has the most line because he’s the main character.
yeah that's the joke mate
If I had a £ for every time I've seen that happen in real plays... :)
I love how they brought that joke back in the court episode of the Goes Wrong TV series

I love how he said: "We hear a knock at the door." 🤗😄
He’s not reading it for the first time, he can just never remember his lines
well in Peter Pan Goes Wrong he couldn't emote to save his life, so Dennis has definitely improved haha
@@danielabedoya8525 I loved how all of his lines in Peter Pan were just yelled lol
The look on his face when he sees Robert's playing Tiny Tim, and the look on Max's face when he helps Chris with his lines.
