thank you for making these, I'm a long time Tekken player, but I never really got deep into learning the game until recently. I decided to try maining Anna and your videos so far have been pretty informative! :) I think you really deserve more views and subs with these
I'm the same. I had played Tekken offline all the way since T1 and played a lot T2,3,Tag,4,5,6,Tag2 and i thought i knew Tekken because in Tag 1 i had Survival mode records published in gaming magazines back in the day and also T5 Time Attack records and i didn't feel the need to play online but once i did i realized i didn't even know the basics. I just knew how to break the AI really well. But once my eyes opened up to what Tekken really is i fell in love with Tekken a 1000 times more than i ever thought i could and guides that are this well made are lifesavers.
I love Tekken more than 2D fighting games with fewer moves because picking up a new character to play is like a whole new game, so i'll never get bored of the game.
I wish there was a section that specifically covers oki or wall pressure; Anna seems absolutely devastating at the wall or with the opponent lying on the ground
She is, and I am looking at exploring that info when we eventually get to T8. The only reason I skipped them this first go round is because oki and wall traps can feel overwhelming to new players, so I was trying to give as much info as possible without getting into meta areas that would be daunting for new players. Ideally, I'd like to do completely separate videos going over oki stuff with characters. But that's far in the future.
