- Hi besties, today I'm gonna show you how I get the perfect 90s voluminous blowout for short hair at home. This is a quick and very sped-up tutorial of getting the big bouncy blowout with shoulder-length hair. Also, if you have more thin, fine straight hair and your hair seems to fall very flat, I highly suggest trying this 90s blowout hairstyle.

Why not show how you did your bangs? I mean that's the trickiest part. I know that nice soft under roll didn't come from being clipped off to the side. Geez...The style is gorgeous, who says it's a "90's" style? If it fits the shape of your face and you like shoulder length hair it's for anytime.

hey, question- does this require a specific haircut to look just like this or this will also work with any shoulder-length hair?
It will work with shoulder length hair too, but I think the hair top would be more voluminous with short layers. Also the two pieces at the front look like curtain bangs (so a bit shorter at the front)
