It's always hard to see and hear the final10-42 from any officer, first responder and military forces. I dispatched for 32 agencies in Utah and Arizona. You get quite protective over your officers. Then to hear officer down is gut wrenching to say the least! Thank you for your service! May God watch and keep you forever!

This does not relate directly to the dog, but to the police officer who fell in the line of duty and with her dog constituted a K-9 unit. My Grandpa Sargent Stanley Van Tuinen was shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to arrest a black male involved in a domestic despute despite notations to get the man out my grandpa was bout to enter the home when this monster shot and killed my Grandpa through a door hitting him in the head killing him instantly. My dad was 14 at the time. Thankfkt he was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life without parole as he should have been and died in prision in 1988. Never got to meat my Grandpa he was a hero for the Grand Rapids MI Police Department and the guy who killed your a selfish dirtbag oh and the guys a drunk he was inoxicated when killing My Grandpa
