3A Boys Championship: Garfield vs. O'Dea

Garfield defeats O'Dea in the 3A Boys Championship game, 69-44. Tari Eason had 21 points and 14 rebounds for the Bulldogs. Koren Johnson added 16. Paolo Banchero scored 16 and added 12 rebounds for O'Dea.
Eason and coach Brandon Roy spoke after the game about winning the title. For Roy, it's his 3rd title in three seasons of coaching high school basketball.

Jordan Truppner every kid on both those teams is graduating, most with honors. As for college, there are freshmen on both teams that already have offers. Yeah, we decided to go back to Garfield to take care of some unfinished business. Then went and did just that. Where you graduate and go to college
