How to Butterfly and Season a Chicken Breast

  • 1 large chicken breast
    olive oil
    butter
    1/2 tsp each:
    rosemary
    garlic powder
    chicken seasoning (any brand)
    thyme
    salt
    pepper
    ---SEASON ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE--
    this was a very big piece of chicken.
    ***Let chicken breast rest for 5 min before
    cutting into it

      The peach cobbler was the very 1st video on my channel. Hence, you can see the slight rough around the edges filming. It took me a while to get the hang of this you tube thing. lol

    What temp is the stove on

      Oh nvm you said medium heat. Does it stay on that for the entire time?

      Hi Bri, Temperatures could vary. Sometimes there are thicker frying pans than others. Start on the medium heat. Lower it if you see it is cooking too fast. Just make sure your juices run clear. The combination of flavor comes out so tasty. Good luck!
