Candace gets too little love and even felt like an afterthought in the main story and has no hangout (which I do ask for every single survey lol) so this is so welcome! Thanks! It's really cool that you actually incorporated multiple languages!
For some reason Candace reminds me of the Doll from Bloodborne; both extremely kind and nurturing to the main character with extremely soft and calming voices. They differ in the fact that while the Doll is one of the Hunter’s only form of companionship and comfort (aside from the Church Dweller who - if nothing else - is a bit socially awkward and lonely but still a decent guy) there are quite a few people who care about the Traveler (Aether in my case): Yoimiya, Cloud Retainer, story wise at least, a lot of the more intimate and caring moments for characters are locked behind voice lines for that particular character. They also differ in the fact that the Doll doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, Candace on the other hand has a rather unorthodox view on “mercy” as she sees trapping bandits and the like in a monster infested cavern as “to merciful”.
Interesting, I never would have compared the two but I see what you mean. The Doll is very sweet indeed. So much so that even if attacked, she'd still aid you without hesitation. Verses Candace who would more than likely battle you if you dare to disrupt the calm village. I do wonder if the Doll were to witness the Hunter in a bind, would she too grab a weapon to aid/defend you. (More than likely she'd sacrifice herself if anything due to her demeanor.) But I wouldn't mind seeing a moment of the Doll fighting along side you against an enemy that dared to enter the Hunters Dream to disrupt the peace.
@@INVIROSE_ it would be interesting to see but yeah if anything else I would think the Doll would sacrifice themselves for The Hunter then fight as she wouldn’t have any reason to, in the sense I don’t think Gehrman made her with that thought in mind. But considering who she is based off I’m sure if she could fight she would be extremely terrifying. But Candace I could very easily see raising a weapon to anyone if they disrupted the peace of the village, even if it was someone she knew.

As soon as you mentioned the different language in each region I've never thought about that the funny thing is I've played this game for two years since inazuma came out also phenomenal on each character's voice and personality's
