I have a 1959 b275, was blowing white smoke, blowing oil & I injection pump was not working properly one cylinder was not getting diesel. I tore the whole tractor down, rebuilt the engine & figured off I'm doing all that the pump needed fixed to. I sent the I injection pump off to a shop in Orlando Florida to be rebuilt. Wish I could show you pictures here. It's all painted decals & all

Send that cav pump to accurate diesel in Orlando & they will send it back brand new

It might be a waste of time at this point but I would still want to check the return line to the tank to make sure its not plugged up. Its got to go someplace so it will try to find the easiest way out and find the weakest point to come out. So a little checking might save you some money. I hope you find a simple fix for it cause injector pumps can get expensive to get fixed. Bandit

I guess I would make sure the transfer pump isn't leaking into the the pump. For as much fuel as your leaking I would think it would not start as good as it does. Good luck!

It needs a rebuild for sure lol. Runs great but pisses out fuel far too often.

was having an injector leaking where it goes into the head and didn't seem to be firing on that cyl. tried pulling it today and the nozzle broke off in the head... I guess its all gotta come off now lol...

Yeah the one that is leaking on ours is the injector that was stuck as well. Luckily it didn't break off I thought it was going to. I used it to brush hog for about 3 hours. I figured that would be a good way to break it in. Now after returning home I find the water pump is leaking. My luck... lol

Seals in pump are bad so it leaks. Runs great though! A new pump will have to wait until 2021.

You rebuilt the motor and didn't replace the water pump? These tractors are 60 years old.

It was an I frame and I did end up having to replace it. I always went by if it ain't broke don't fix it... Through my experience though I am learning it's better to make sure it doesn't break in the first place. I did have to replace it shortly after the rebuild.

Only in England where they were made. I have to get a governor diaphragm from there for it.

I know at one point all the plungers were stuck. The previous owner had to get the pump unstuck after it sat for a couple years.
