I can't imagine the horrific emotional impact it would have, to be ordered to leave my home.
Having said that, people who choose to ignore evacuation orders, should NOT be allowed to suck up rescue resources, risking the lives of rescuers.
My heart is with all affected by this horrendous event.

water and any foods easily to eat.
Camping gears too can be use after the flood subsides. Stay safe.
