Isak is so injury prone, we complained about Jesus being constantly absent and it will be the same with Isak. Gyokeres scores goals and that's exactly what we need.
Yep, arsenal fans think every in form striker belongs at the club. Everyone knows isak usually misses half the season thru injuries.. So you gonna pay 120m for another hospital patient when we already have a club full of them?? 🙄
"We could play that game against Inter 10x and we'd win it 5x" is probably more accurate. We often dominate the game and dont take all the points. Its nothing new. We need to cut that out asap. The ridiculously over positivity of that argument is infuriating 😅
You felt Edu was more fluent when he spoke PORTUGUESE?? And this.. held him back (even though he helped build one of the best squads in europe) You felt our Sporting Director was not good on camera?
Liverpool having had it easy is such a boring talking point now. They have beaten their fiercest rival, United, they've beaten Chelsea (who are above Arsenal), they have beaten Aston Villa, they have battered Leverkusen who did the Invincibles last season, they drew away to Arsenal as well. The only reason people keep bringing this up is because they haven't beaten Man City - which if they do, they will say this is a poor City team 😂
, they beat brighton twice leverukesen villa ac milan. Saying Liverpool had an easy schedule is a copium that most of us (arsenal fans) have to hope for because we have already started digging our grave
Last year City had the run where they drew to Tottenham palace and lost to villa In the same season Liverpool had that run where they lost to palace Everton drew to west ham and villa Sometimes regardless of when, these run of games happen in the season
Guys why are we making out we have/had outstanding home form? If anything, our away form has been better over the last season than our home form? I’m just not sure why we are hying up the fact we are ‘not leaving London’ for a while. I appreciate travelling may take its toll but you have mentioned it on a couple of occasions now?
I'll pin point the moment Martineli fell off: 91st min, 2-2 against Liverpool, Martineli has the 2-on-1 with Saka from the halfway line and scuffs the pass so badly that Alisson collects it. Never been the same player since.
Is the first sentence a statement or a question? And is the first comment your standard? Arsenal bad if Slot wins, good if Slot doesn't? @@cursive1805
These two are turning into delusional, excuse making , blind positivity merchants. We’ve lost games because we have been tactically predictable and poor not because of the other teams being much better than us. And this rubbish about now relying on Liverpool to drop points so we can catch up, we should not be in this position but we are because arteta is too slow or stubborn to react to tactical deficiencies and we were horribly underprepared from the summer window
Arsenal must win honours this season without any excuses. We eight points behind Liverpool. It's time for us to make a fightback. We have Nottingham Forest at home on Saturday and next Sunday West Ham away. Two vital games that we must win so that we can cut Liverpool' lead at the top. We also in the cups too this season thats the Carabao Cup, the FA cup and CL.
Sounds like I have an unpopular opinion on Sterling. I think it's a good signing, but only if you see him as a carabou/FA cup player. Comparatively quite cheap, and with plenty of experience. If we are to win those cups, we may need a player like him, even if I can't see him contributing in the PL or the CL.
Just my opinion mate. As I said, I can’t speak another language so it’s not my place to judge in a personal sense, but football wise I’d like to see someone who can command it a bit better. In the same way if I went to Brazil I’d want to speak the best I could. :) - Alex
@@TheCannonPod Think it would be incredibly hard to find a SD with better english than Edu though. Sure, if you look amongst other Prem clubs you may be able to find it, but with Campos or Olabe it won't happen.
I would love Benjamin Sesko to stretch play and have that physical element. His touch ain't bad either.. Aerial duels quite good for his age and there's no pressure while Havertz starts and versatile enough to play a couple of roles
Honestly id want omar mamoush, hes more of a false 9 that has eyes for goals, there will be games where having a tall CF wouldn't suffice and we'd need another option to change games and i think both havertz and mamoush compliments that
Sesko is a good player but he's not prolific. The highlights on TH-cam shows all these brilliant finishes but what they don't show you are all the criminal misses he has on a regular... We already have a profile of striker like that in Havertz. We need something a lil different..
@@ikeman9784 I honestly do think havertz is prolific, but we don't platform our striker to get the best out of them individually, arteta wants his striker to be part of the team in every aspect, like against Chelsea havertz got just one chance the whole game which he scored from, but unfortunately, it was ruled out for offside, so I believe strikers that are nothing more than goal scorers will struggle in arteta's system and they have to be extremely prolific to look good
Finding a Lethal forward will be pricey.. I like the idea of having a young forward and grooming. At the moment we want to have a forward that will hit the ground running.. But I'm happy with the Havertz project and Jesus is 27 on high wages.. Why not get a rotational player who is a forward with the traits we need for a forward. Surely his finishing ain't as bad as Gabriel's and his young
The signings in the attacking area of the team have been so poor. Definitely needs improvements; we can't delay signing a world class forward for to long.
