Follow this Link! So it has been said, so it must be done! The Jiujitsu Gods Command It!
But seriously, over 25,000 white to purple belts have Belted-Up using techniques they have learned from jiujitsux.app/...
Im not saying this to impress you, but to impress UPON you the importance of the one plain-as-day open secret in the BJJ community…
“KNOWLEDGE!”
Jiu-jitsu is a language, and like any language the best way to learn is immersion in its culture. You must listen to its fluent speakers.
And so it goes with the BJJ arts. However the fluent speakers are those who have spent thousands and thousands of hours honing their craft while deliberately documenting and systematizing their unique discoveries of the ever valuable jiujitsu currency. Technique.
Its true what they say, that technique conquers all. A single technique can create a bloom of success in its wake. It’s literally unlocking new potentials of yourself to play the game and WIN.
The jiu-jitsu-x platform aggregates this sacred knowledge. These missing puzzle pieces that begin to reveal the final picture.
It rank orders them in importance to guarantee you upgrade your grappling weapons as fast as, well, I guess it just depends how much you want to study.
There’s simply no limit to knowing more and being better at the game. The ones who like to learn jiu-jitsu get good… the ones who watch Netflix don’t… And would you really want to have more holes in your gameplan than a chunk of Swiss? This is the sad reality of those only learn technique a few nights a week or less.
You simply are made to absorb more info. It doesn’t matter if you can’t “hit” the move the next day. You have just cleared some fog of war my friend!
The board is now clearer. You know more of what you will encounter in the wilds of Leg Lock Land and Berimbolo Planet… and to the infinity of other positions found in the 4D Chess board that is Jiu-jitsu.
Let me explain how easy it is to get better at grappling with JiujitsuX.app.
You guys bathe right? Good. The instructions are as simple as that.
Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
The lathering is picking a course on a position you are interested in. A bit of self analysis is required. Might go something like this
“Do I like half guard?”
“No not really”
“Is that because my half guard sucks?”
“Yes”
“I’ll buy Jake Mackenzies half guard course”
It’s almost too logical. Kinda hurts to look at.
Rinse:
Literally bathe your eyeballs in put Bjj technique from our pro instructors.
Let its warmth wash you of your grappling sins. That’s right, I know you walked off the mat with no shoes last week.
Absorb The techniques in the course. Watch a couple lessons in a row and stop. Only once you have had your fill. When your brain is to the brim and ready to spill over.
Now we repeat.
We repeatedly go to class armed with violence we just downloaded off the internet (Great deal right now btw 50% off)
What a time to be alive.
TRY TO GET TO THE POSITION IN SPARRING
Try again.
Try again

Endless days and endless nights 🔥
But is Mr Popo cooking?
What a bloody good teacher!!
Agreed. Nice detail
I love learning from women. Attention to detail and clear concise communication seems to be the common traits of a great teacher and female coaches have always made the difference in my retention of info 👏🏿
she's on her period?
@@Y0sHiikusAttention to details has nothing to do with males or female. My teacher is a guy and is very good with the details.
@@HaroldBluetooth-uz1zz a lot of men are. This wasn't about men not being detail oriented. Look at the damn military for instance!
But as Jiu Jitsu teachers, many (not all) women tend to be very focused on the details of a technique in ways some men (not all) haven't.
Chill sir
I think i'm in love with this woman
She is something special lol
Agreed. She’s a BJJ genius and gorgeous af 😍😍😍😍
Jiu-jitsu is so unbelievably technical, & brutal once you get the techniques in hand.
Amazing walk through here!
Glad you liked it!
yes its brutal..wonder if we are dealing with humans..
I want her to teach me jui jitsu!!
Wow, that is a gnarly submission, good job!
Nicely explained, and I love the “if they try to escape” option.
Very good explanation, taking about the basic and essential details of the tarikoplata, everything you need to know to start working on the technique. Very good video in general !!! Thank you very much.
Old man but always learning. God Bless.
love the explantions and evolutions of the siutaiton!!!!
Thank you Fion I just finished watching you win your 2nd Gold medal at the Worlds today big congratulations for an amazing performance
Tarikoplata is one of my favorites and we’ve added it to the kimura flow that we teach. Thanks for sharing!
It's everywhere. My professor showed my one from double unders bottom position.
that dude didnt invent it but whatever
@@israelCommitsGenocide nothing in jiu jitsu is invented…just rediscovered
love it, learned it as a white belt
I would like to have 1 on 1 coaching sessions with Ffion, to improve my BJJ.
I'm sure that is the reason why.
WE LOVE YOU FFION WOOOOOO!!!
Thank you, soft ladies!
Nicely done... .
Tried this in training last week in the gi and it works very well. Thanks Ffion
Very detailed explanation; thank you!
Harley Quinn doing jiu jitsu 😂
Seeing a lot of different controls by grabbing your own legs lately. It's cool, and makes sense.
blue belt? Ive been a black belt for 9 years and Ive never even seen anyone do this. Pretty slick though I dig it!
She's what I imagine Irene Adler from sherlock holmes looks like/sounds like
That's almost definitely what Irene rolls like...
Skills over strength.
The great thing about the Kimura is there's so many options, pathways submissions and transitions. It's a system in itself that's great for bridging other systems like the back and triangle among other things. I use kimura trap against everyone but hardly ever for the shoulder lock itself bc I'm a smaller practitioner as well but that's OK bc I'd rather do stuff like this or goto the back/crucifix 😁
Very informative, even for a novice like me!
Glad it was helpful!
Yeaaaahhh
cool video, I made sure to like and subscribe 😁👊
Blue belt here I come!!!
Great instructional
excellent vid. great presenter
the one below: I'm having a really weird time
Amazing!
I'm pretty sure you can grab your own gear in nogi. I did it during ADCC and the ref didn't say shit. He definitely saw it.
One of the purple belts showed me that instead of looping the leg over, you can get them on their back, and use the elbow. Push that elbow into their hip while digging the other arm deep. Like an RNC grip. It's not pleasant.
Edit: This comment is not a correction. It just mentions another variation on this position. It does criticize anything in the video. (Wanker)
On their side?
@@brettpastore7587 On their back. Modify kimura grip to RNC grip. Then put the pressure towards your hips.
“One of the purple belts in my gym” is probably not as knowledgeable as black belt world champion Ffion Davies 👍
I always get stuck trying to deadlift out the Kimura. We have some strong guys in the gym. I will certainly look to add this.
Just do an arm slicer to break the grip and they'll let go 100% and just continue to finish the Kimura
100% this is a strong guy killer, esp when they’re gripping their pants or belt to defend the kimura.
Men of Culture... Take note. 🧐
Yessir! 👀
Duly noted my soldier ⚔️
On behalf of myself and my booner, we are ready for battle.
Thanks! This is very helpful - may be I can get it to work w/ beefy dudes LOL
I like BJJ and all, but the entire style can be neutralized with effective biting.
*Them:* "Dude, I already tapped."
*Me:* "Yes, but I'm still hungry."
They'll forget about that triangle choke real quickly after you take some flesh off their inner thigh.
Nah you'd just go to sleep 💤
@@someguy398 lol, you don't know how much BJJ I've practiced. Pull an armbar from guard, and have some guy try to bite your hamstring while curling his arm and defending the submission, and you'll realize how quickly you will let go of that submission. There's a reason biting is illegal in the UFC. It's the same reason you can't twist people's fingers, toes and wrists. Pinching and tickling are also illegal.
I've competed in three NAGA tournaments, and finished with a record of 7 wins and 4 losses. I compered in Intermediate and advanced. My instructor was Steve Haadan. He's got about 20 pro fights under his belt, but was mainly a judo/jujitsu fighter.
BJJ was proven to be incredibly effective against people who don't understand it. However if your opponent does have a background in grappling, you might be screwed. Especially if he's willing to bite all of your fingers off.
@@patdeen3960 bitting someone is not going to save you from a fully sunk in triangle. You'd have 3-5 seconds of consciousness before you get slept. Plus, a properly executed triangle (and arm bar) doesn't leave room for the head and neck rotation necessary to bite.
@@someguy398 Well once any submission is fully locked in, you're screwed.
That's why I said, "add biting to your submission defense."
Especially if you don't know the guy who's trying to choke you out, and have no clue what he plans on doing with you once you're unconscious.
You see, I'm never going to step into the octagon. So if someone puts me in an armbar or triangle, they probably won't care if I tap out. I'm assuming they'll be killing me, robbing me, assaulting my family, destroying my property, or any number of things an attacker may have in mind.
Brutal.
Very interesting 😎
Whats the name of the movie
Good shit Ladies
How much do you want for we trainning headscissor?
Good teacher. Respect.
That’s dope
Whats the difference between tarikoplata and baratoplata ... The person?
Was one of then blonde and the other brunette like this video?
I hate strikes but grappling is beautiful to me.
Meaning strikes are fun butbthey shoukd destroy.
Graplling is less violent. I think.
That lavk of violence within violence is important somehow to me.
Im against hurting others even to save my life. Usually.
Broken ribs broken noses broken fingers just sad.
I just realky hate strikes.
They hurt people.
Greta vid! Personally I just go for the triangle or go for the arm bar
Acá en América Latina se le conoce como:
Tarikoplat
Guapísima y hermosa mi campeona Fion 😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘
Ffion is awesome
O tarikoplata é uma boa finalização
Max was here
i have only one question
how does they both get to the simulation?
Tarikoplata!
thick move
Why don’t you state who she is in the description?
Fantastic explanation 😁
Thx for sitting on her face
Guys if you are watching this vid for another pourposes that are not Martial Arts knoledge (You know what i mean) can you at least just watch it and not being creep's in the comment section...touch grass please, dont be weird 💀
Is this a shoulder lock or a bicep slicer? I can't do bicep slicers until (I believe) purple belt. But excited to use in rolling. (New blue belt.)
It is a shoulder lock so its legal!
What is the brand of the USA rash guard that uke is wearing? I really like it!
3:00 her right arm should have blocked you from throwing your right leg over, and it would have caused you to get reversed if timed right by her on floor.
im sure u know more than a world champ 🤣🤣
@@LegendJ0e4 hes right clown thats your only chance to escape, you definitely dont train.
@@israelCommitsGenocide Maybe not, but I do. There are counters and escapes, but there are also follow up submissions and counters to counters. Davies knows a few of those, too.
nice
FIRE FFION DAVIES! 🔥👊🏾💯
Great video- love the humor too!
Drive your elbow into the ribs 😂
I am so sorry
This would be a training day that you hope the teacher has not had chili/beans/tacos anytime recently..... ;-)
Why the hell would anyone give up a kimura grip for this....
She explained exactly why you would. If your opponent is significantly stronger and/or manages to catch their hip before you have chance to finishes the attack.
I didn't know this was already a thing! I've been doing it calling it the kimuroplata
Hmmmnnnn......for some lovely reason, I knew this video was going to get a ton of "likes".
Is there any advantage to this over just switching to an arm bar?
if the arm gets stuck on the legs, hips or gi (mainly), you could have difficulties on the armbar
Holy fucking shit
Is she ok😢
Her speciality is triangle choke, somehow every oponent she faced ended in that position. Its a miracle
her name please
Barataplata?
I don't hate it...
А можно меня также?
Was this filmed in outer space???
yes
Awesome vid! Please attack me anytime 😆! Great 😊 job
Howd you guys get into the training room from the matrix
So pretty and sweet and deadly

This chick can submit me every day of the week. Well, except of Wednesday. That's Bolognese day.
Cringe Horrible
Shes such a good teacher holy crap. And she's hot af
could've just left it with "shes such a good teacher holy crap"
@@jiu_jitsu_x he is just appreciating the hottie, girl is sexy so why you don't appreciate it too?
@@jiu_jitsu_x probably a submission move from her on him will help sober him up to reword that more gracefully.
@@tatumergo3931 For fuck sake. It has nothing to do with "toxic masculinity" it’s simply human. I’ve seen tons, and tons of comments from women commenting on the appearances of men recently. I just got done watching a scam baiting video, where two guys go and confront scammers. One of the dudes is a muscular Russian guy, and there’s a shed load of comments from women saying things such as "I wouldn’t mind him coming and confronting me". Don’t be that person who thinks that it’s only a male trait to make such comments.
