We´ve done a mix of living situations in Madrid: Living with a local family, leasing an apartment long term, and airbnb. I have to say, the airbnbs are quite good! They are fully furnished and equipped. They are often better designed than some of the longer term apartments available. Both the long term rentals (where you enter a lease) and the airbnbs are in desirable locations. I eventually found out that sometimes airbnbs will provide you a lease for 6 months or more so you can padron. At any rate, your video reminds me that we need to put out some content about the last 3 airbnbs we´ve stayed in. We did a series on how to rent an apartment long term and secure a lease, apartment hunt, and padron and all that, but after we let our last lease expire we have just been staying in airbnbs. It´s easier. Enjoy Italy!

I thought Toronto condo bedrooms are tiny but they are palatial compared to these ones.
Yes, rooms here are tiny! It’s rare to find rooms where you can fit a bed and still have more space.
