For y'all that dont know, Just for Gags/Laughs has been around for awhile now I use to watch them all the time as a kid. The pranks take place in Quebec, Canada and the show is very popular in Canada. This is the reason why you don't actually hear them talk because majority of the city of Quebec speaks French and the show wanted people from all over the world to understand and this is why you can't hear talking and etc, if it was in French im 99% sure you wouldn't understand or even watch.
Well, people in France would understand.

Not that I believe any of this nonsense but if a person lived a very long time, thousands of years, what affects could changes in environment and diet have on their skin pigmentation. We can clearly see the short term effects of going to a beach on a sunny day nearly naked. In a few hours you get much darker. Science seems to think that the primary reason for darker pigmentation in humans is a result of living in hotter climates, which inevitably have more sun and those people wearing less clothing. So the darker skin pigment protects from the sun. Then people migrated to cooler, even cold environments and they put on more and more cloths until very little of their body was exposed to the sun so they not only didn't need the darker pigment they needed lighter pigment to absorb as much sun light as they could from the very tiny portions of their body exposed.
These changes took thousands of years of natural selection and dozens of generations. But if a single human were to live for the same length of time and move or change attire and or change their diet drastically couldn't the same changes happen in that single person, same as a person can have a sun tan?
