Very good, great way to check ourselves to make sure we are staying filled with the Holy Spirit. I have been naturally doing those things as I do stay filled with the Holy Spirit consciously and purposely so what you shared made me feel good and at peace. Interesting to see how that verb of being filled filtered all the way down through those other scriptures as did submit once it showed up without having to show up in the original Greek manuscript to still apply.
There as many that have been filled with the Holy Spirit but have never recieved the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is recieved as the result of the Spirit baptism which is to be filled to overflowing. Once the filling is prayed for and occurs the believer must yield the I r tongue to the Holy Spirit until He takes control of it," tames" it, and enables the believer to speak in the spiritual kanguage that our English translation calls " tongues". When this occurs it triggers the fillings overflow while at the same moment the Holy Spirit joins with our spiriit forever to remain within us. This is how the Holy Spirit is recieved and is what being " born of the Spirit" is.

ευχαριστέω means to do the thank offering or offer the Eucharist in context. Paul is writing to people who are regularly going to the Divine Liturgy of the Holy Eucharist, none of them would have considered it to be merely offering thanks without the body and blood of the one Sacrifice our Lord offered continually (Hebrews 10:12 which is comparing an action to Hebrews 10:1)
I did agree to your lesson that the main verb should be dominant the rest of the sentences, however in the comparison with this part, in the case of Mt. 28:19-20, it will be quite difficult to understand why almost of all the versions translate as separate verbs, not participles.
English tends to prefer shorter sentences for readability (actually almost every language does) but this tends to drive adoption of a translation which drives the philosophy and this the length of the sentences. Thanks for watching!
The Greek TR has a verb ὑποτάσσεσθε. (Present Middle Imperative 2 Person Plural). For those wondering, the TR is the text that underlines the KJV. Also, if anyone wants to read a good book on the Spirit Filled life, get Green Letters by Miles Stanford or Born Crucified by L.E Maxwell.
What version of TR are you consulting? The participle he is referring to is verse 21 and both TR and the critical text have υποτασσομε which is Present Middle/Passive Particle, Nominative Plural Masculine, and which KJV rightly rendered in a participle form, too as "Submitting yourselves."
So is that a concious thing we should he doing or does it come automatically? As in, is it something we are actively trying to do in our own lives in obediance to response to the command or does it come as soon as you are filled with the Spirit? The Bible is filled with tens of examples that we are spirits, but also that you can coordinate with the spirit of God. For instances Romans 8:16 and 1 Corinthians 2:11-13.

Personally I think you missed many things, given that Paul is speaking on the Divine Liturgy. Have you been to any? Also these participles are done while filling up in spirit they are what Lithuanians would use the “pusdalyviai” (special adverbial participles) for. They are translated as while verbal gerund (e.g. while strumming), here the extra whiles would be superfluous and are dropped in English. They always occur at the same time with the same subject as the main verb.
Once again, I'm going to ask an off-topic question but it helped me last time so I'll do it again. Php. 2:6 (KJV) - Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Now, the exact opposite: Php. 2:6 (NASB 1995) - who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped I looked this up in the Received Text and it matches the KJV but I'm sure the later texts matches up with the newer versions. The later codices deny the divinity of Christ as a rule and so are wont to change the original language. Modern translators don't cotton to Jesus being the only begotten Son of God too and so they are happy to comply with that newer - more Gnostic - modification. In the gospel of John, the narrative says that Jesus made himself equal with God and so it contradicts the modern (Gnostic) versions. Jn. 5:18 - Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that was his Father, making himself equal with God.
Fascinating analysis and grammar lesson, however, your English example of “click the button” and “chewing” aren’t really related to each other in terms of actions. It is incidental that one could be “chewing” while one takes the action “to click” the button. That the action “be filled by/with the Spirit” and the participles that relate to that action verb suggests some causality or at least a dependency on the verb by the participle (speaking, singing, making melody, giving thanks, submitting, loving, etc), but is not necessarily “evidence” of such. Paul tells us we could give all that we have or our lives but out of some selfish motive, not really out of love, even though such sacrifice would be noteworthy and deemed as an act of “love” by most (1 Corinthians 13:3). People can “speak, or sing, submit” and not necessarily be filled in/by/with the Spirit as well. 2 Corinthians 13:5 tells each one to examine themselves. Jesus tells us He and the Father would make Their home in us if we are obedient to His specific words (John 17:6,8,11,14,20-21), where our obedience is the evidence of our loving Him and our friendship with Him (John 14:15; 15:10,12,15), and therefore, we have answered His call to be His disciple and have made Him our Lord, not just in obedience to a confession of faith (Romans 10:9,10), but in reality considered the cost of discipleship from the heart, and therefore, He and His love come abide inside of the disciple (John 14:23, Acts 5:32, John 15:1-11). While you have diplomatically avoided any Pentecostal or Charismatic debate in this response, I would nonetheless, love to hear your analysis of Jude 1:20, and especially Ephesians 6:18 for the words “in the Spirit”. Likewise, I would love to hear your analysis of Romans 8:23,26-27 to understand the idea of prayers of intercession by “groans” in/by the Spirit of God Himself and by disciples who are “likewise” in the Spirit. It seems to me, that those who object to “tongues” might have a harder time arguing against “groans”, seeing how Christ Himself groaned both in His earthly ministry before the resurrection of Lazarus (John 11:33) and as He new and forever lives to intercession in “groans” for all the saints (Romans 8:26-27, Hebrews 7:25).

Videos by other speakers I have had to listen to repeatedly before I understood depending on my familiarity with the topic and with their accent. I recommend using the setting buttons on videos to speed up or slow down speakers. Listeners are diverse - one wants the same video faster that another one wants slower. If speakers make their videos slow enough for those who need it slow, the others find it boring and irritating and have to speed it up. Or if they make it fast enough for those who like it very fast then the others cannot comprehend. So I think it is best for each of us to just change the setting as we need depending on the video, on the speaker's accent, on our level of interest in the topic, and so forth. Blessings

Good description of the text however your conclusion is based on faulty logic therefore is unsafe. It seems you wish to diligently understand truth as expressed in scripture and to do that I suggest that you not only need to understand the words you read but you also need to master the discipline of logic to understand meaning of the words. The Word is meaning, after all the purpose of words is to convey meaning, and a spirit filled person is lead by Him to meaning, therefore academic labour will only take a person so far. In this instance it seems that your academic labour has led you to a conclusion based on an assumption you did not test and perhaps did not even identify, and in this instance the assumption is wrong therefore your conclusion is wrong and consequently you have taught a falsehood.
The participle which I just learned makes that passage more understandable. Glad to be a part of New Testament Greek in Small Steps, είρήνη.

Verse 22 I was talking about. He was saying there is no verb, not even a participle. But there is a verb and it’s an imperative.
