As a native Mexican who was born and raised on there, specifically on the border, this resonated with me a lot. Thank you for this interview and I am glad that this man found God and he is a better person for that now. Sadly, Mexico isn't the same as it used to be. Granted, it has always been plagued by bloody conflicts, revolts (including religious like the Cristero War) and much more. But people used to have a stronger moral code and sense of humility, of right and wrong, etc. But due to corrupt governments, infiltration of Marxists in student groups and movements from the late 60s onwards, and push to make the country and the people more modern, we have seen a lot of moral decay, libertine attitudes and mindsets. And the drug cartels sadly, as he said, are idolized and admired by young people.

After watching many stories I came to the following conclusion, there are 3 types of Muslims: 1- born Muslims, who had it easy. 2- revert Muslims, who accepted Islam after being exposed to Muslims and had given Dawah and thy humbly accepted the truth. 3- now these are special type of Muslims, they are people who went through hardship and difficulties and were never given Dawah, but at the bottom of their life they turn to God and asked HIM for help and guidance. Now the first group, sadly many will not appreciate the blessings they were giving and they need to do extra hard work to reach the spirituality connection with God. The second type are mixed between first and third. And the third type, many of them if not all they had this special spiritual connection, these visions and spirituality experience with God. It resolved and resumes an order in my mind and a peace in my heart. After watching many stories I came to the following conclusion, there are 3 types of Muslims:
1- born Muslims, who had it easy.
2- revert Muslims, who accepted Islam after being exposed to Muslims and had given Dawah and thy humbly accepted the truth.
3- now these are special type of Muslims, they are people who went through hardship and difficulties and were never given Dawah, but at the bottom of their life they turn to God and asked HIM for help and guidance.
Now the first group, sadly many will not appreciate the blessings they were giving and they need to do extra hard work to reach the spirituality connection with God.
The second type are mixed between first and third.
And the third type, many of them if not all they had this special spiritual connection, these visions and spirituality experience with God.

Subhanallah my mouth was open when he was talking about the black screen Quran recitation. That stuff has protected me in my life. Extreme anxiety, gone in an instant as soon as that plays. It resolved and resumes an order in my mind and a peace in my heart. Also his love on Khabib, I also love Khabib, for the way he remembers Allah in a place where they punish you for doing that, and his humility, often imitated but NEVER duplicated. His story had me sobbing, his insight and his clear cut quotes Allah has blessed him with a poetry, he brings a dagger to the heart we all need in your comfortable easy lives, where I always feel detached from the reality, he delivers them easily in plain language.

Imam Muslim reported from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: Do not make your houses as graveyards, Satan runs away from the house in which Surah al-Baqarah is recited . 2. Frequently making Du'a to Allah to expel this Satan. 3. Observing the supplications that are recited at morning, evening, when entering the house, going out of it, and at the time of eating, drinking, etc. 4. Performing supererogatory prayers in the house as much as you could. 5. Taking out all things that could attract a Satan such as sins, musical instruments, pictures, etc. Allah knows best.
