I personally bought this exact same pack about a month ago and I absolutely love it! I use it for college and edc at the same time and it's perfect. It would probably not work for high school because it doesn't have enough room for books, but for college it's perfect!

great packs, I have this and the larger. this is better for more pedestrian carry. my only gripe is that the exterior is not DWR coated and water soaks in rather quickly.
Looks like an interesting pack, not sure if I could justify importing one though. VERY expensive to get one into the UK. This kind of package would be great for carry on luggage and day outing on holiday but I think I am going to go for a Pacsafe bag for that. Seeing how common dipping and cutting are.
What do you think of this bag vs. the Gamut you reviewed recently? The water bottle pouches are still working hard -- as you say -- with a 32 oz bottle, but they look from the video a bit bigger than the Gamut's, at least... Thanks for the video, Aaron. Another good one.
I would love to see you review some similar but lighter weight options. Want something similar for a day-hiking pack/edc bag but 3 pounds just seems way too heavy for that purpose imho.
That is the grey color right? Idk if its just how I see your video but on your back it looks really dark but looks much brighter grey on the close up sitting on your pallets. I ordered a black one weeks ago and was just informed the black color is backordered so I could get grey but I don't want a very bright shade, that's my only worry with the grey color.

The CCW compartment on this pack, behind the back panel, seems like it could also be used as a laptop compartment. Can you speak to that? Would it slide around too much? Maybe you'd have to mount a velcro-backed laptop sleeve in order to keep it from shifting around? I ask because I am a big fan of side access laptop compartments. Would you recommend using it this way? Cheers!

Is this pack made in the USA? The trend I am detecting is USA government suppliers supplementing with overseas manufactured lower cost bags for the civilian market. I am not saying this is bad, but it could be misleading if this is true.

Customer service is brutal. They had my return for 2 weeks and I was told it was processed but now they don’t know and the lady that can look into it doesn’t take calls and hasn’t replied via email. Spent a ton of money, validated what would work for me and I sent a bag and some accessories back. Ridiculous

Great ideas on using the off body compartment for a supply compartment for a weapon that you're carrying on body.
