RIP amazing soul

Love this, and learned the hard way about control, especially coming from a background of trauma. Finally in my later life I'm learning to love myself, trust life and follow/listen to what my intuition, my inner self is telling me. I'm learning to know by taking notice of any given thing and how it makes me feel and choosing to change what doesn't feel right. We can only control our own life, by making healthy choices, afterall, we have freedom of choice, that shouldn't be influenced by what others think,no matter who they are. Their is more to us than just this physical being, that we have lost over eons of time through the control of systems and institutions that lead us to believe in false realities. Humanity is, waking up to the things that are presented to us, that no longer work and have only caused destruction and division through power, greed and ego satisfaction. ❤️🙏🌟

Wow...this is soooo good. A time for everything. This is a reminder that when there are bumps in the road in my life, it is time for this bump in the road and it's ok because I know, its a time that I will get through difficult bumps in the road. This has helped me also in dealing with my adult daughter...it has been a little difficult for me to sit back and allow her to make mistakes. Us as parents want to feel we always have to be in control..even when our children become adults. This video has helped me a great deal on my journey of working on my internal self 💞

Different differences: it is so important not to underestimate another who has a different opinion. There is very probably not one person on earth we can fully agree with and it would be boring if there was. To believe that we go from dust to dust could be very critical about our Creator! As far as Adam and Eve are concerned some Aboriginals people told me they would have had a bite at the snake. A faith based on the concept that we go from light to light is based on gratitude: this is not narcissism since when we look in the mirror we acknowledge the amazing genesis that has put our surroundings and us within such a balanced environment. We all know that genuine belief and gratitude are the perfect mix. Liking and loving our self shows an ability to be social in non judgemental ways and to associate with experiences and reduce prejudices. What appears as a minor psychological detour could serve any Religion and Societies.

Stop trying to control the circumstances, but don’t stop trying to execute your goals.
Maybe the lack if control and expectation can allow limitless experiences, creating even greater highs because expectation is no longer. Begin to let go where you see it is not so important to hold on and observe how you feel. It makes you conscious, and present and accepting. Everything becomes easier. Ive not perfected it but in only 1 year of noticing for myself where i wanted to make changes and go with the flow, i have allowed a new way of life for myself to blossom and i look back to a year ago, and i am so very grateful i decided to take notice. 🌸

At the same time, its said that, if you want to experience a new life, you need to DO things in a different way...
They say, you want different results, then DO things differently...
I can try to explain. To control something means we have an expectation. Expectations generally create disappointments. So let go of the expectation and notice how you react, respond. Take time to consider your feelings, thoughts before responding. Is your thought led by expectation. We can only control ourselves. Everything outside of ourself is its own energy that we may try to control but cannot guarantee. Let go of controlling others and instead focus on yourself only. After some time and observing yourself you may decide to flow with life for yourself too. Im trying for myself. "Trying" isnt flowing but its observing so i can be conscious enough to know i need to let go. We are conditioned from birth into our enviroments and control is hugely embedded into us. Our ego loves to have control. Take notice of your thoughts, when ego is present, and when your essence overrides ego. Ego, i believe only can live in past memories or future expectations and hopes. So be present. Wish for nothing because thats the future and dont dwell on past because ego will slip in and try to hold you back. When you are present, you are observing. Be grateful. Gratitude has no expectation. Gratitude can be past, but can also be present. Let go, and flow with the current of life. Its beautiful 💗
