Perfect noise to literally fall asleep to 101 ( not click bait)
BEWARE! For 2 months I’ve been listening exclusively to Kerry Mac “sleep noise” videos because they were trustworthy about not having ads except for at the beginning. WELL, THIS ONE HAS AN AD 6 HRS INTO IT. Yesterday’s one had an ad 5 hrs into it .
Ah maaaan, I wish that wouldn't happen. It's set not to have any and when someone says that it's happened, I wonder if their internet connection has momentarily gone down and the ad comes on because it registers as a new video... I don't really know what else it might be. But they're all definitely set to not do that, so hopefully it won't happen again!
People are slowly rediscovering the need for red lighting and smoothing brown noise for health, meditation and sleep. I remember much older technology like analog radio and tv with no channels that produced these noises helping people to sleep. I wish to acquire this equipment again for these pink and brown noises.
