    Hi. Im from Persia. Most of images you shown here are totally familiar in our culture. the ornaments for instance have been used for ages. or the eagle, the eagle was for a long time flag of Persian armies. The checkers are used in our rugs, potteries and garments. specially those rugs which made by western tibes . the pentagon was used by persians Mysticism such as Mythraism. Croats have a strong instinct for unity, which survived much adversity, wars, and travels. That is one of the top character traits for any people and reveals a noble heritage which predominated.

      Thank you for comment brother. Yes, Croats have strong instinct of unity which have helped them through much wars, migrations and so on, but unfortunately when there is no danger, they fight among themself like who was on this side and who was that and so on. When danger eventually appear, thank to God, they have unity back and they are as one again. That is good thing to put away differences quickly and unite under one again.

      RamielGodsThunder The modern threat to Croatia, as you already know, is globalization which seeks to make everybody the same. This could possibly be the greatest threat in history, not only to Croats but every sovereign nation. I support national Sovereignty and self-determination for Croatia. Size of nation does not matter, but the ability of the nation to decide mostly their own matters without foreign meddling - only support - is in my opinion critical for individual liberty and well being. An example is protecting local businesses and work, just to name a few of the many.

    • @RamielGodsThunder
      @RamielGodsThunder  10 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      1Fireskull Its true. Globalization destroyed many work places in west especially in industry. Croatia still have tourism, but to have enough jobs for peoples, we need good industry. Croatia have good shipyards where companies order ships and they are always satisfied with quality of Croatian ships, but some shipyards were forced to be closed because EU didn't allow that shipyard be even for period of time to depend to state. It is critical that nations decide for itself what to do and how. Because of globalization that goes to other parts of world where paying to make something is much cheaper in contrast to the west where peoples need to have sufficient paychecks and security in jobs, west is weaker because of that lack of industry. My opinion is that important factories and companies vital for function of state industry must be in national hands.

    • @1Fireskull
      @1Fireskull 10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      RamielGodsThunder I see the many advantages of a nation which possesses its own businesses. Stability which allows for reliable cooperation among all groups in a nation results in a well trained and prosperous national citizen. Education, government, business, individuals, and organized labor can all work together to protect and expand native businesses. In globalization, there will always be instability, outsourcing of many jobs, and lack of hope for the nation to have self-determination. Another problem is that with globalization any business is outnumbered and must compete against a whole world instead of only regional competition. Being vastly outnumbered is a high risk of business failure. Globalization serves the wealthy owners while the workers wait for wage decreases and loss of employment. In the case of multiculturalism, immigrants are used for cheaper and well trained employment at the expense of the native population. How are the Croats responding to the current threats?

    • @RamielGodsThunder
      @RamielGodsThunder  10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      1Fireskull You are right in everything you said. Globalization serves the wealthy owners and for the nations where they move production in where they don't need to pay as much as workers in the west. In Croatia we don't have massive immigrations to take our jobs yet. And people don't need to go to work in Croatia because paychecks are low. However there has been many projects that would bring jobs for peoples and they have been stopped without reason. Don't want to sound paranoic but it seems that some elements in Croatia don't want that Croatia moves foward many projects, Now we will see what is going on with oil search in Adriatiac sea. Some say that this could save Croatia. With respect to other peoples but this multicultulism in biggest treat west ever face. If every part of world is same as they want, then various parts of earth will loose its unique things. How many problems western nations have because peoples from other parts of the world. I hope that something will happened and that west will survive as it is with increase in nation controlled it own industries and that peoples of the west have jobs in their own countries.

    I am Iranian-Persian and I was searching for similar words in the indo-europian family. I found the most common words in the family with Croatian. the Persian language now has many Arabic words after the Islamist invasions. like Tashakkor which is Arabic and muslims like to use it and the Persian word for that is Sepas and Sepasiva in Russian. If we Iranians could reform our language and remove those Arabic words we would understand each other easily.

      Takoder moja proucavanja kazu , na primjer Duchy of Silesia ( Vojvodstvo Sleške kako to google translate prevodi) ima OGROMNE POVEZNICE SA HRVATSKOM.
      Na primjer imas grbove vodeci kuca tj. mali vojvodina unutar Sleške.Imas : Duchy of Jawor , Duchy of Legnica , Duchy of Glogow , Duchy of Brzeg. Ove 4 vojvodine na svojim grbovima imaju nasu sahovnicu ,nema pogovora Evo link pa se uvjerite sami : wappenwiki.org/index.php/Duchy_of_Silesia
      Kako to da apsolutno nitko ne prica o ovome ?? Kako to da nitko nije spomenio nikakvu vezu sa nama i poljacima i cesima ?
      Ja sam svjestan teorije da smo mi Hrvati I Srbi moguci najstariji narodi na balkanu i da smo oboje isti narodi kao sto je Goran Šarić govorio na Balkan info , ali ovakve informacije me stvarno navode na to da mi Hrvati nismo uvijek zivjeli ovde te da smo se mi hrvati ustvari doselili na ovaj prostor.Naravno ovo sve je teoriziranje , i nista nije 100 posto ali svejedno netko treba uciniti nesto po ovome pitanju i da otkrije se o cemu se ustvari radi....

    +JoeKerr The origin of the design of Croatian Checkerboard has often been purported as being medieval. Historic tradition states it to be the arms of Stephen Držislav in the 10th century. A Split stone baptistry from the time of Peter Krešimir IV (r. 1058-1074/5) has engraved falcons that carry something that resembles a chequy on their wings, and the bell tower of the medieval Church of St. Lucy, Jurandvor has a checkerboard pattern carved onto it. There is numerous archeological founds of pattern similar to checkerboard where eastern European Red Croatia was. Also entire central europe have some sort connection with White Croats that lived there including similar coat of arms from early on. You don't really know what you talking about.

    I recently saw something regarding this, but from a biblical and historical context. It was saying that Croatians and Serbs are Semitic, coming from Elam or the Elamites, Elam was one of Shem's sons and Shem was one of Noah's sons. Also another different source said that Serbs and Croats came from Elam/Elamites and Medes/Median Empire which later became Persia. And they were saying that the Medes came from Japheth, Noah's other son, so Medes were not Semitic. So I assume, when thinking about Y-dna, that Since Elam/Elamites came from Shem/Semitic that they must be the I-YDNA haplogroup if they have connections to Serbs and Croats and that the Medes/Median Empire must be the R-YDNA haplogroup since they said the Medes came from Japheth, and Croatia, Serbia and Iran have the R-YDNA haplogroup. The reason I assume Elam must be I-YDNA haplogroup if they're connected to Croats or Serbs , is because the I-YDNA haplogroup was connected to the J haplogroup being formerly IJ and then splitting into I-YDNA and J-YDNA haplogroups, and if J is Semitic then I-YDNA must be Semitic also, and Serbs and Croats carry predominantly I-YDNA haplogroup and fewer amount of J haplogroup. As far as Iran having the I-YDNA haplogroup, it only showed as 0.5 or half a percent for the country as a whole. But, I found another source that said that Western Iran, not the whole country of Iran, but only Western Iran had 24% of I-YDNA haplogroup, which is exactly where the ancient Kingdom of Elam or the Elamites lived, in modern-day Western Iran on the east side of the Persian Gulf. That 24% of I-YDNA in Western Iran is significant in the Middle East because it seems to be the highest percentage found there. Elam or the Elamites were conquered or absorbed by the Medes/Median Empire and then later the Median Empire was conquered by or became the Persian Empire. Here's a few interesting things I read about a Persian connection; In the article “Persia” reference is made to a town called “Serbaz,” located on a map at latitude 26 and longitude 62. In the article “Elam,” mention is made of the “Croatis river” which flows into the Persian Gulf and was referred to in the early 20th century as the Hindyan.One (see Enc. Brit., Vol.9, p.140) In Elam, the Serbs and the Croats left their names behind them. They were closely related ethnic peoples, speaking the same language, allied in warfare together. According to Lempriere’s Classical Dictionary, article “‘Elimea,’ these people migrated to Illyricum (YUGOSLAVIA).” Strabo’s map 7 places “Elimeia” in MACEDONIA
    The reader should note that the Elamites (also called Halam) were also known as Elymais or Elymaeans (Field 1970:126).The Greeks maintained in their records that the Elimaei dwelt northwest of them in Yugoslavia. Lempriere
    wrote: “Elimea, or Elimiotis, a district of Macedonia, or of Illyricum according to others.” There is plenty evidence to support the fact that the Croats came from ancient Persia, the area of ancient Elam. The Croats of Croatia call themselves “Hrvati” and their country “Hrvatska.” The name “Hrvati” is derived from the Avestan province “Harahvaiti” (Greek: “Arachosia”). The scientific philological argument for the identification of the Croats with the Haravatis is given in (Sakac 1955, pp. 33-36; Sakac 1949, 1937)
    As Dvornik notes, “P.S.Sakac thinks that he discovered the name ‘Croats’ in Darius’ inscriptions from the sixth century B.C. There an old Persian province and people are mentioned, called Harahvaitai, Harahvatis, Horohoati...” (Dvornik 1956, p.26) Further, the Roman leader Ammanius Marcellinus mentioned that two cities arose in ancient Persia called Habroatis and Chroates. In this regard, Prof. Mandic writes, “The Croats of the Don, then had to come in ancient times from Iran. On a stone inscription of the King Darius (522-486 B.C.) the nation of the Haruavat-is appears among the 23 subject nations. The Persian sacred books of the Avesti (Vendidad) call that nation the Harahvaiti. The provinces settled by that nation encompassed in those times the southern half of modern south Afghanistan, the whole of Baluchistan and the eastern part of modern Iran. In that ancient province ought we to look for the paleo-fatherland of the modern Croats.” (Mandic 1970, Chapter 1, emphasis added).
    Dr. Samar Abbas provides further evidence to the Persian origins of the Croats, he writes, “The name of the Croatian capital, Zagreb, is related to the Zagros mountain range of Iran. The Dinara mountains in Dalmatia and the Dinar currency may be connected to Mount Dinar (Dene) of Iran. The name Serbia is similar to the Seropi or Surappi River in Elam” (Article, Common Origin of Croats, Serbs and Jats Jat Jyoti, Vol.4 no.11 (Nov. 2003) p.13-18; Magazine of the World Jat Aryan Foundation, 248, Ram Krishna Vihar, 29, IP Extension, Delhi-110 092, emphasis added). Evidence shows both Serbia and Croatia have Persian origins and in the ancient land of Elam. Place names provide an important link to the origin of these peoples. To find them in one place, then the other shows the Elamites migrated from Persia in ancient Elam to modern day Yugoslavia.
    Dr. Samar Abbas continues, “Indeed, philologists trace the migration of the Croats from Harahvati (Arachosia, Sarasvati) in the following manner using fossil place-names along the path of migration:
    Harahvaiti and Harauvati in Iran and Afghanistan 
    Hurravat and Hurrvuhe in Armenia and Georgia 
    Horoouathos in Azova and the Black Sea 
    Present day Croats Horvati and Hrvati along the Adriatic” (ibid).
    Serbs and Croats are One and the Same People
    Basically the Serbs and Croats are of the same race. Linguistically they speak the same language as well. In the article on Servia (Serbia) Britannica notes: “The Serbs...ethnically and by language [are] the same as the Croats...There can be no doubt...Servian and Croatian languages are almost identical.”
    And in the article on “Illyria” Britannica describes the Croats and the Serbs as “two groups of tribes who spoke a single language and were so closely related that the origin of the distinction between them is obscure. ”
    Also in the bible and history it says one of the names of an Elamite King was Chedorlaomer, it sounds like the South-Slavic name Cedomir. According to science and the bible, we all, all tribes came through the Middle East and maybe even started there, but it was a long time ago, even if you want to accept the scientific timeline or the biblical one.

    Croats start their migration in 300 BC and they arrive in modern day country in 610-630 AD. So journey of 900 years isn't short time.
    But for checkerboard, I don't belive that origin is based on white and red Croatia because checkerboard was known when Red(eastern european) Croatia and White(central european) were too far one from another to have contatcs. And it is older symbol then Adriatic Croatia.

    Yes somehow I have found very little about this in recent history. I mean Iran and Poland for example. Which is my mothers country and they have their own information in polish which is not available in other languages.
    For example the information about their polish/swedish king Sigismund III Vasa who was the only polish king that had a good relationship with Iran.
    And from what I can gather, the iranians viewed him as a brother because they viewed poles as descendents of sarmatians.

    Yes, yes, yes! Death to all Eurocentists who say that the Croats are just Slavs and their connection to the East are “stupid coincidences”. Even a Croatian linguist P.S. Sakac found that the etymology of Hrvat is not Slavic in origin, but stems from the name of an Achaemenid Persian province in the Eastern Iranian lands, Harauti and Haravaiti in Avestani, Arachosia in the Greek sources of Antiquity. The amount of Indo-Iranian in Serbo-Croatian in relation to loanwords and toponyms has also been found to be substantial. Early Iranics also resembled Europeans more so the genetic connection was also there. Respects!

If a Ukranian speaker wishes to correct post or provide other translated links on the topic, along with the original source, I would appreciate it. There are more Ukranian videos and articles on the net about White Croatia or Greater Croatia, than in Croatian or English.

    @RamielGodsThunder·I tried to answer your e-mail but you have something called "kontaktlås" in swedish which means that one can not e-mail you on youtube without being a contact of yours.
    But great video man. Keep it up. I was waiting for someone to do a video like this before I have polish roots and I have always wondered about the sarmatian coat of arms of some polish noble familys.
    For example Casimir Pulaski his people had sarmatian coat of arms and he is a big hero in USA and Poland.

    Wait this is awesome so if we came from Persia and reached all the way to Ukraine and Russia. That makes us the original slav so all slavs are technically from Persia originally which in return means you can't say that we are not slavs because all slavs came from Persia right? Znaći mi hrvati smo slaveni jer su svi slaveni is perzije. Znaći nema smisla govorit da nismo slaveni kad smo ćak prvi slaveni ikad. Ako je hrvata ćak bilo do ukrajine i dijela rusije slavena nema bez hrvata. Il tako?

    Yeah, sorry about e-mail. I put that block for non-contacts because one moron from country near me try to convince me into his crazy claims and when I block him, he made another profile and bother me again so I put that block for all except my contacts. Thank you for comment on video;) I am interest in Croatian early history before arriving to adriatic sea so I like to learn about countries that Croats migrated through like then Ukraine or central Europe where Polish and Croats were neighbours.

    Sarmatians the Persian name of nomad-pastoral group of peoples. After the sarmatian Poles had inherited the love of freedom, hospitality, bravery and courage.
    The Sarmatian-Polish connections can best be explained as a legacy of Sarmatian Alans, who disappeared in the wild forests of eastern Europe in the fourth century AD Norman Davies says
    In that time, not only did the poles believe they were sarmatian, they actually started importing stuff from Iran as they said it was their sarmatian style

    I translate about polish supposed sarmatian origin from a polish website
    The Poles had a sense of beauty of oriental art and theory has been advanced because the Poles were not of the same stock Slavic, but were descendants of Sarmatians. "Sarmatian" ethics-Sarmatian was seen mostly in manners and taste Poles.
