you can actually get rid of the black bar by adding motion tile and putting output wight and output height at 250 and turn on mirror edges, love your tutorials btw

Did you Know that if your tracker messes up, go at the tracker panel and click Options, and if confidence below 80% select Stop Tracking, bc Adopt Feature messes up sometimes!

If the black bar around is showing a lot add motion tile but zoom out ur clip before precomposing so once u add the head tracking precompose again and zoom in and itll look good without the motion tile showing :)
