I loved the mention of needing to see the ocean and be in sunlight every day. I so miss that! Having lived in California for the last 25 years, since I moved the beach is what I miss the most. I used to scramble the rocks in LaJolla for my exercise. I would walk 4 miles one way, darting in and out of the rocks, while the ocean water hit my legs, then walk back the 4 miles. It was the best exercise because you’re getting your sun, being in the ocean, and doing something beneficial for your health. I’m now trying to move back to Florida. And it’s taking longer than I expected. Have a wonderful day! 🤍💚🤍

@@zitajordan1681 thank you, Angie! It was quite the workout and highly effective with the tide pulling you back and forth. The water splashing on me kept me from sweating much. Only my shorts and water shoes were necessary. Sometimes I’d go barefooted. It was something I’ll always remember fondly. I’m saving to go back to Florida now but it’s taking twice as long. 😉🥰

You know what? I've been feeling very exhausted lately and as you talked about what you do I realised I don't have set times in the day where I do something just for me. I will do little things here and there but honestly those are just bad habits, quick fixes. I will try to incorporate some of it and will think about how I can come up with a routine that works for myself as a mom of three.
