Sam Winchester has hit rock bottom many times. He's even done some unspeakable things, soul or no soul. But, his abundant compassion for others, especially for Jack is just... well there are no words. He could have went along with Dean at the beginning of season 13, but he chose to care for him. Even being the son of Lucifer, he chose to care for him. I am so mad at the writers, or Chuck, for breaking this family up. I hope they come together again in season 15. Broken bonds can be mended.
