Simon has helped the girls build a true belief in themselves, discipline, humbleness & develop that thick skin that is needed to survive it all. Like any father would do for his daughters. This is why I love and admire XG. They are the real deal. Not just some limited contract with a company. They are truly a family at their core.

it reminded me of playing organized sports in high school and college at a high level. Coaches are brutal but they care about you and want you achieve at the highest levels that they know you are capable of. Surviving being a celebrity, a public figure, in the entertainment industry is brutal. Simon prepares them for that being a former idol himself
