Is emptiness synonym with nothingness or no? If there’s an emptiness then there’s potentiality to fill in with forms? If there’s nothingness then there’s no potentiality to form forms? It feels like my existence is being flipped back and forth between emptiness and form at imbalanced energy. Being tossed like that makes me feel disconnected from life. Can this be balanced?

There is an analogy in quantum physics. Form arises by itself from the foam of emptiness as the Teacher suggests and that depends on causes and conditions , karma being one of them. Like a wave in the ocean it appears because of tides and then disappears.
