What do you mean to switch armor when it gets to poor? Can't you just repair them? I've done 1 set for Heavy armor and it's in Excellent condition, i just repair it. Am i missing something?
At one point if you repair it for too long it becomes WORN. If it's worn you can't use it anymore. So you either repair to the NPC or you throw it away.But if you don't have leadership on it it's worthless to waste resources to repair it.

But why is the leadership 0+20, i mean i have it on 2 armour thinks but my leadership in total is still on 700 its not addet up
Because it's locked until tier 5. Practically when gold units unlock.
