As a CB vet always good to be reminded of the basics, its easy to miss things as well and meta changes. Always good to watch these videos to have the most updated info for the newplayers! We need them to keep this game going!
I think the meta and frequent large buffs of nerfs makes it hard for new players to just use units that they enjoy rather than what’s meta or can defeat meta if properly commanded. It takes away from enjoyment.
i have restart and the new Beginner system give all new or old player chance to unlock a Season until lv80 with full match AI, lv81 till 130 for Mix Player with AI and lv140 till lv200 for half Player some AI. try to pick the right Season, it may help you unlock the hardest Season ever such as YanyueDao Cavalry, Sengoku Season that demand crazy quest especially 1000/800 killScrore, 2Unit with 300/400/500Kill score. The best unit to have during this early stage is 3 star Halbidier at max level, this unit help you kill everything and get killed by something.
You talked about unit exp boosters, and I was thinking, would be great for new players to highlight that these boosters are best used in 5 weekly bandit raids that give a lot of exp in general
My main problem now is units. I started playing on sengoku and many meta units destroys me. For some reason, I adapt so fast to the hero fight gameplay, but units I still have problem on maintaining it.
I did actually make a video a while back about this, the best way is to come up with a cheap war band, like a budget warband, that doesn't cost much to resupply unit kits.
Man about the leadership on armour I wish you posted like not now lol I've wasted a lot of materials and schmetic trying to get the leadership by reforging my armor again and again and of course I did again like you said just now and got +19 but I'm all out of materials yep all the necessary materials needed to craft.. People just told me it's by pure luck and that's it but you.. Thank you so much I'm new to the game (and the fusion part too thank you sooo much) You earned my sub 🙏
half the video was tutorial ingame, so how tf you missed them??? liked anyways cus good clear explaination but im so confused there are so many tutorial infos
Very good video and thanks but i still have lots of questions such as gears and weapons how can i get better gears. I still have level 10 gray armours and weapons. Second question is which unit i should level up with shared xp i have 1 mil shared xp and idk which is good to use. Last question is is there anyway to level up slowly? Because i need to do missions for season 5 units and i did not get them but i am already 70 lv. I know i am fighting against AI and i want it keeps up a little more to get some good seasonal units. Thanks again for video. If any friend can answer that i would be happy.
In terms of gear, by level 70, you should have been something to click in your Inventory that will give you an upgrade. Unit wise halberd Sargents, imperial spear, palace guards, mace Sargents, are soild units to be going with. In terms of leveling slowly, just make sure you don't use hero leveling cards is all I can Suggest
I want to ask something, how do you cycle the emote wheel? For me when i am in town searching for a game if i click the emote button the emotes appear, and when i am in a match if i do the same now only appears "orders" the pings for requesting support, deploy pikes, defend here and no emotes, why?
It takes some time to get used to it, but it will click for you don't worry, took me ages! Just don't sleep on the units. When I started I was trying to go one man army with my hero and kept getting wrecked. Learn what your units are good at, and use your hero to help your units.
You can find them in open world. That is where I got mine. Now it takes a LOT of crates and ruins openings to get one but as a bonus you can pay off the seasonal unit quests. I believe it takes 12 times.
amazing video as always. Only one thing i might add, and it may be a controversial one. As a new player please for the love of god stay away from imperial spear guards. Yes they are amazing, one of the best unit, sure 100% and more importantly they control the flow of the game especially since mastery is a thing. Yes experienced players can negate this but ultimately ips are one of the most crucial unit in sieges or any pvp mode. U will be the first to be blamed if the game dose not go so well and if not, you will blame yourself because ips is NOT a unit that will produce great stats for you even tough it dose, well kinda(taking 1.5 to 2.5 million damage in a single game with one unit is nothing but amazing, yet your score wont show this in points at the end). In my opinion Imperial spear guard is an advanced unit in terms of use. U need experience to use them properly. Every day there is so many games where people bring these guys in and then just sit with them behind the pikes or randomly retreating from point leaving our flamethrowers exposed or just refuse to push with an unit that is specifically designed to push. First learn to play then get a unit that can get u a lot of kills, halberdier sergants if used correctly can easily get you 50+ unit kills with a few hero kill sprinkled in. And then you can get ips and start to learn playing with them. Or wait for season start when u can only use blue and take ironcap spearman to learn how to use these beasts properly. There is a lot of unit you can get from seasons that can and will produce better results for you if you are a beginner. This is just my opinion you are free to disagree.
To all new players reading this, ignore this buffoon. ISG can get you hundreds of kills with the right hero's weapons and win fights for you. Just put them in cover commanders and make sure your teammates are on your back, ez win.
its all preference wich class you wanna started , you should do this ' is irrelevant , good tips in general. (but bowman sucks yeah) not viable at all.

Very true!
I have been playing for years and didn't know all the hero ladder details. Your videos are always intelligent, helpful and to the point.

@Bolaway it takes time with the unit. There are so many to learn how to fight them. I still struggle every now and then
Is this an open world game??
I would agree with you plum :)
How do I change my unit colors like how yours are purple instead of yellow?
Go to setting, go to game, scroll down change unit colours
@@Plumsion oh wow! Thank you! I’ll try this later tonight after tw.

:V basic tactic: running or charging pikes are bad. charging flanks or rear good. running solo to high tier range bad.

In a battle hit the middle mouse wheel like normal but then right click
U are perfect bro ,thank you :)
I have been told that the halberdier sergeants are worse than the halberdiers I'm guessing that's false ?
they are both good unit, sergeants are just more tanky and stand up a little better to the bigger units.
@@Plumsion Ok thanks I am currently trying to figure out what units to unlock.

I don't get what you mean with 2 epic wisdoms it's impossible to get 2 😅 or ...
if your tempering is +100 you have a chance on a T1 or T2 doctrine or 2 epic wisdoms
