Me too, I was the only boat at the ramp. No help at all.

Barfly Fishing Texas Good thing you looked back at it, 2 or 3 min that boat could have floating away and we all know how hard it is to swim out 50 yards or more. Awsome to see you on the boat and still bringing us some great footage. Thank you Great video very informative and we love always love seeing that live scope in action.

Nice batch of crappie for a quick trip. Careful on the swim, no matter how good of a swimmer you, dangerous especially solo. It all turned out good though. My buddy never trusts just tying off when by himself. He actually drops his anchor which is always a good laugh but it has saved him a few times from his boat drifting off. Enjoy the vids keep them coming and stay safe.

Great video! Wish I had a boat lol. Where would you recommend to fish for crappie off the bank in these summer days?

Man, the water is too hot up shallow, the fish are sitting in 15 to 25 foot of water… Use a contour map, and see if you can find any place where you can get on the bank and find water that deep within reaching distance of a cast. And you also need some kind of structure, submerge tree is a drop off or rocks. They won’t be out in the wide open swimming around. Makes it tough in the summer without a kayak or boat

How would you find them without livescope? I only have a garmin with sideview and down view

Find structure, trees, brush, rock piles in 20’ + water. Drop minnows at 10’ on the structure. Drop about 1’ every 10 min til you catch one. Then stay at that depth! You’ll kill em.

Enjoyed the video. Please don’t do that again. You can always get another boat. Get help. My experience is that other fishermen will always help in an emergency.

I was the only vehicle in the parking lot of the boat ramp, no boats on the water due to the wind probably, there was no help… It was either catch it or lose it. I have about $6000 in electronics and GPS trolling motor on the front of that boat. Plus all my camera gear, and my wallet in my dry bag .That’s just the stuff I can think of off the top of my head.
