I remember James being on Soccer Am just before Gavin & Stacey launched. They played a clip, and it looked worth giving it a try. It was brilliant, but as it was on BBC 3, no one seemed to know what I was on about when I talked about the show. Eventually it went to BBC 1, everyone knew about it, and I kind of a had a small bit of satisfaction that I had watched it from day 1. Roll on the Christmas special, and I hope James keeps up the fine work.
Often overlooked but James was right when he touched on what a talent Chris Evans was, and has become. The likes of Ant and Dec are lightweight replicas of someone whose creative talent is a joy to watch and listen to.
It’s easy for some to mock or not approve of Chris Evans but his talent is Infectious.
James Corden is becoming someone with a huge catalogue of work too and some of his achievements on American to are incredible, not to mention filming with George Michael.

These comments are bizarre to me. I think he’s a very sincere human being. His talk/chat show was one of my favorites in the United States.

Nobody does fake humility and sincerity like Cordon. He really is quite an actor
You can tell James Corden is a very different person when the cameras are on. Something contrived and insincere about his humility.
He's as fake as they come... I was always suspicious of him, even in that Ant and Dec gotcha or whatever it's called... The many directors, colleagues and many others that have worked with him or dealed with him that have confirmed my suspicions that he's a complete obnoxious pain in the rear, makes me realise that my gut feeling was correct.
