Dear Kiran,
Scale-up of drying in RCVD shall be done based on few scale-up factors like constant vacuum, constant jacket temperature, critical speed and the occupancy,
Buchi is used understand about the material flowability and freeness.
Hence, if the material drying is found to be adequate in buchi, then you can scale-up in RCVD depending upon the above mentioned factors.
