A person's value isn't measured by his wealth but by who he is, and what he does for others and their well being. You are happy now because you are living an authentic life and you are your authentic self. You are not living to please your ego anymore and have superficial people around you, you have found happiness in the simplicity of life and have connected with nature and you have someone you love and are surrounded by modest people who like you for who you are, not what you have or what you can give them. You are helping others which in turn gives your life purpose , fulfillment and happiness. This story is truly inspiring. It bugs me how people in these comments are saying that this story is bs or that he is trying to sell a story. Obviously he went through some stuff that he had to figure out which urged him to change. No one gives away a lifestyle where they had millions of dollars just to "sell a story". Not to mention that he spent copious amounts of money trying to help his wife with cancer. He's given essentially all he has into helping people and staying true to himself, which is more any of y'all are doing sitting here and complaining on your fucking phone about someone who is a kinder soul than you. Try donating your entire life to helping other people and then come here to complain that this entire story is bull shit.

I really enjoyed listening to Mazzi. He's obviously deeply intelligent, he's found meaning in his life that makes him happy, but mostly what impressed me was how he avoided ever preaching to us. He was always careful to be modest in his wisdom and emphasize that this was his path that works for him, without telling me I need to live my life the same way... that's true genius.

Well some people just love to be extreme. At first he was the superficial workaholic now hes turned it to the polar opposite. you are very right he did say he gave away his businesses but is he drawing money off of those businesses that he's giving away 2 people in need there are people that man right here in the United States that because of the insurance problems that we're having the health insurance problems that we are having there was a lady who was sick with cancer and she had to be approved for the surgery it took them so long the insurance company to approve her 4 the operation she died waiting for the approval this was maybe about a good five six years ago and is sad that you were sick they know you're sick you're in the hospital and you have to wait for approval for something that became famous fatal to this family so I'm thankful that your wife was able to get the medical help that she need to save her life
