bruh if u think those songs make u cry now just wait till you get around to playing through Gestalt/Replicant. I loved those songs so much after Automata and playing Replicant made them infinitely more heartbreaking.
NieR Automata is my most favorite game. Years have passed and Peaceful Sleep is still one of the best OST in any game. That bitter sweet and calming music is too good.
Ever since I first played a Nier game, I have stopped listening my favourite genre of music, Metal, after 15 years. That was three years ago. Since then, I have been listening to the OSTs from Nier and other games. Thank you SQE for providing the resources for these wonderful artists to create such beautiful music.

Anyone remember an hour long mix of Nier Music that had sequences . It started with 2B's monologue from Automata about god, and also had Nier talking to to Devola/Popola aabout Yonha running away.

I'll quickly click ahead in a few places for a feel of what's ahead fitting my mood, and I just happened to click right at the start of this song first and came to a full STOP with suddenly jamming out, hahaha. COMPLETELY unexpected, I'm now going to get distracted with a dive to find composer/performer and other stuff they've done.

I truly do believe Taro when he says he's done w/ the franchise (unless he's paid big time he said, which I doubt Square will do). So, long live Nier through mobile and any other forms of media and memorabilia. It was an amazing video game franchise, Drakengard included. And the OSTs were always amazing. Props to Keiichi Okabe.

The girl is Fio; who is, as you correctly guessed, from the mobile game NieR: Reincarnation. Is she a singularity? I've only played about 30 mins of the game so I have no idea. :P (I should rectify that)
Yes, Zero and Kainé are singularities. Automata is difficult, since the 3 of them make decisions that splits the timeline, so maybe all of them? And Fio hasn't yet caused a timeline split (in the game), but she has been referred to as a "special person" that can see weapon memories from all timelines as dreams, so maybe it will be revealed later in the game :)
The NieR series seriously have the most beautiful game soundtracks.

I can tell you that i've heard Kaine Salvation so long before I got to know Nier. Tears in my eyes though I didnt know about the show.

I finished Nier Replicant late last year and Nier Automata this year. I absolutely love the music in both games!!!

This Mellow Minstrel mix is an absolute travesty to the beauty that is Nier music.....what a terrible rendition.
